Sehr gutes Hotel mit kleinen Schwächen.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist edel. Alles ist sehr geräumig.

Cons:

Das Personal ist ziemlich schnippisch. Ich habe im Restaurant gefragt, ob ich ein Eis bekommen könnte. Da hieß es, nein und wir haben auch schon zu, obwohl sie zu dritt in der offenen Eingangstür standen.

Gute Lage, Sauna sehr sauber, Frühstück ausreichend

Cons:

Saunaaußenbereich sehr klein, Personal höflich aber reserviert, Frühstück ist 27 € nicht wert da nichts besonderes. Der Aufschnitt wirkte wie am vorherigen Tag vorbereitet, der Frühstücksspeck labberig, keine knusprigkeit.Die Leihfahrräder stark in die Jahre gekommen. Teppich im Zimmer voller Flecken.

Tolle Lage, verschiedene Freizeitangebote, typische Ausstattung für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse.

Cons:

Der Müll im Zimmer war nicht geleert, als das Zimmer bezogen wurde, zum Abendessen zu wenig/schlecht erreichbares Personal und es gab eine Nachspeise mit Alkohol, bei der nicht ausgeschildert war, das Alkohol enthalten ist. Vor allem für Kinder, Schwangere, ... eine riesen Gefährdung; Kinderspielbereich etwas heruntergekommen, bestelltes und zugesagtes Babybett bei Bezug des Zimmers nicht da gewesen und erst nach erneuter Nachfrage bekommen. Zu kleines Buffet für die große Anzahl an Gästen, überteuertes Abendessen.
