Great staff. Safe, quiet, free parking and close to everything we are in the area for. Definitely will stay here again.

The young man at the desk was awesome, the rooms were clean and comfortable. And I loved the black washcloth with make up embroidered on it. I hate washing my face with white rags....nice touch!

Coast Village Inn and Cottages was the perfect setting for our 30th Birthday Girls Trip!

This motel room was very clean and had you could need for a nice stay.

Pool area could have been kept a bit nicer.

Location was perfect for all Wells has to offer.

Nice location, clean room. The staff were very friendly. The room was functional if a little spotty on basic comforts - it was missing some of the basic little touches like a hand-towel hook; or a soap tray, shelf, or grab bar in the shower. We did not try the Diner. One mattress was a little too firm and the other was a little too saggy.

It was ok. It’s called an Inn and the picture show a house-like structure but it actually was just a motel. And a lot of money for a motel. But it was clean and comfortable.

Great for a last minute beach trip! Great, simple set up that was comfy and good for a couple. The front desk area was beautifully decorated, and location was easy to access a lot not very far away.

Right off highway but set back so quiet. Staff was very polite and explained everything about rooms and i was told that rooms are being redone.

We stayed there for three days and it was the best experience that you could have. It was clean quiet anything that we asked the office staff got it right to us no problems. We were between Shops and restaurants let me tell you the motel was one of the most wonderful times that we have had. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff and we will be back.

Quite outdated, throughout the pool was not appealing at all, seem dirty floor condition of it wasn’t great, the room can use some updating, location wise was good, convenient,for one night stay

Very clean , safe , the place is very well located 15 mins to ogunquit , 15 kennunbunkport. Commodity very close , staff extremely nice !

We enjoyed our stay, cute room bed was a little saggy. Good location , Friendly staff overall we would stay again. Nice grounds with pool and picnic tables. It’s on a very busy road and traffic ends late starts early keep that in mind if it bothers you!

This is my first time in wells and my fiancés first stay here and we were pleasantly surprised! The room was clean and cozy and the pool I think was my favorite part!
