An amazing hotel that we will never forget. Everything was fantastic and excellent value for money
Pros:

The property was absolutely stunning, the staff was fantastic and they all tried their best to make sure we have a lovely stay

Cons:

The breakfast options could have been better and the meals for dinner weren’t always fantastic but it was still nice

Excellent hotel.
Pros:

This is an excellent hotel. The staff and service are beyond exceptional, the food is lovely, and the grounds are peaceful and beautiful. Rooms are excellent, and Madeira is lovely. Everything is clean and well-maintained. The hotel is not cheap, but well worth the money.

Another wonderful stay
Pros:

We just keep returning to the beautiful island of Madeira to stay at the magnificent Quinta Jardins do Lago. It offers very comfortable and well-appointed rooms, delicious food and drink, a beautiful pool area, superb botanical gardens and best of all, top-class service from extremely warm and well-trained staff. We can’t wait to return again next year.

Everything was amazing. We felt it was all very personalised..... wonderful experience! The location of this hotel is great as you can walk down into the town.

Beautiful
Pros:

We came for a week and have been totally impressed with the hotel. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained. The food is good. The cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding. We had a corner ground floor room 114 which looked out over Madeira however the room two floors above will likely have even better views. We were certainly impressed and we’ve had a lovely week. Staff were outstanding. We had a problem with the hire car and they sorted it out quickly and efficiently . Feel totally relaxed. Will certainly return.. thank you for a lovely stay.
