J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel situé à proximité du Vieux-Port de Marseille. L’accueil a été formidable dès mon arrivée. Tout le personnel s’est montré particulièrement bienveillant, souriant et attentif, ce qui a largement contribué à rendre ce séjour très agréable. La literie est confortable et permet de profiter de nuits reposantes. La piscine est un véritable plus qui ne gâche rien à l’expérience. Je ne manquerai pas de revenir dans cet établissement lors d’un prochain séjour à Marseille. Je le recommande sans hésitatio

Great hotel especially if you're looking for one with a pool.
Pros:

Good choice of cold items, for breakfast, limited choice for hot. Really enjoyed using the pool. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the main tourist area around the old port. Reception staff were all pleasant and helpful. As a general note, we bought a 24 hour travel pass, for around 5 Euros, which was really great for getting around the city to see all the main sites. We liked all the art around the hotel.

Cons:

Make sure you arive at the correct 'New' hotel, our taxi driver delivered us to the wrong one.

Parking public payant .

Très mauvaise isolation des fenêtres : on entend vraiment tous .

La femme de ménage a oublié de fermer la portes de notre chambre après sont passage le lundi 15 juin . Aucun vol n’a été constaté, mais tout aurait pu arriver .

Si vous cherchez le calme , passez votre chemin .

séjour agréable et pragmatique avec une bonne situation et un accueil à la hauteur

proximité avec le vieux port et le palais du pharo ; parking ; personnel ; insonorisation des fenêtres (heureusement côté rue) ; petit déjeuner ;

Cons:

la proximité avec la route très passante ; nuit à la tranquillité sur la terrasse et si on ouvre les fenêtres côté rue. le tarif du parking mériterait d'avoir un accord avec le titulaire
