Pros:

This is real boutique hospitality. They have a thing they do and they do it well. The main thing is the hotel is in my opinion the perfect size, which is SMALL AND BOUTIQUE. It's a beautiful place, well maintained with flowers everywhere around the grounds. The breakfasts are special. Really it's the perfect Bodrum hotel, don't hesitate. Would definitely go again.

Hemen hemen her şey güzeldi, sadece iki yorumum olacak. Birincisi cafe kısmında menü ve yemekler biraz zayıf. Sunum çok averaj. Bize önerilen pizza gerçekten normalin altındaydı. İkincisi, sabah kahvaltı yaptığımız yerin olduğu havuz başına sokak köpekleri gelmişti. Şezlonglara oturmalarına izin verilmişti. Ne olursa olsun, insanların yemek yediği ve havuza girdiği yerde sokak köpeklerinin olması kabul edilemez. Bunun hayvanseverlikle alakası yok ama sokak köpeklerine bu kadar müsamaha gösterilmesi açıkçası can sıkıcı bir durum.

Divan-Bodrumun yeri mükemmel. Odalar temiz, görece büyük. Biz giriş yaptıktan sonra sabah keyfi için balkonlu odaya geçtik. Horoz sesi ile uyandık :). Personel çok iyi eğitimli ve kibar. Kahvaltı, ortamıyla, hizmetiyle ve çeşitlerin kalitesi ile çok iyi. Denize erişim rahat. Her anlamıyla "konaklayan" dostu bir yer.

Pros:

I came here with low expectations but despite the bad reviews, overall we really enjoyed this hotel. Small but nice sandy beach, generally unwavy, perfect for kids. Rooms are super clean and with nice resort design. Breakfast and food was delicious. Staff are kind. Definitely would stay again.

My experience at Divan Bodrum was deeply disappointing. I live in the United States and chose this hotel hoping to spend a special summer vacation with my mother. We picked Divan Bodrum because it is marketed as one of the most prestigious hotels in Türkbükü. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a major mistake.

We arrived at the hotel at noon, but were told our room was not ready. We accepted this politely and checked in with the front desk every 30 minutes. Despite our repeated inquiries, we were left waiting for nearly two hours in the lobby and restaurant area under the July heat. During that entire time, we were not offered a single glass of water, no welcome gesture, and absolutely no effort was made to make us feel acknowledged or comfortable. At 2:05 PM, we were finally allowed into our room. I travel internationally often for work and I have never been checked into a room this late without any form of hospitality or explanation.

Once inside, no one gave us any guidance or information about the hotel. No mention of the gym, spa, restaurants, or even where anything was located. For a hotel that charges over 500 dollars per night, this level of disorganization and indifference is simply unacceptable.

I shared my disappointment with the front desk, and a man named Hasan, who I was told is the manager, sent a bottle of wine to our room. That gesture felt like an empty attempt to smooth things over rather than a meaningful response. A professional manager would have taken

Otel konforlu ve güzeldi. Sadece 7 yaşı daki kızımızdan aramızda yatacağı iki kişilik yataklı bir odada konaklamasına rağmen yetişkin ücreti alınmasını doğru bulmadık. Bu sebeple bir dahaki sefere tercih edeceğimizi sanmıyorum
