Pros:

My kids loved the animation team and evening entertainment
Plenty of variety for dinner
Location was great, quick access to Marina, Beach and shops

One night only, but really enjoyable
Pros:

Staff were good and helpful. All staff in the foodhall were always happy, smiling and joking. We were only there one night, but really enjoyed our stay. Food was quite a good standard and plentiful. The entertainment in the bar/ lounge was pleasant. Prices weren't too bad.
We took part in the aqua aerobics. The girl that took it was enjoying it as much as we were and smiled throughout.
They allowed us in our room really early and provided a good hotel room for us to shower and freshen up in before our flight home.
Very satisfied with our stay.

A lovely hotel!
Pros:

We booked the Lanzarote Princess for a 1 night stay as we’d originally booked a short stay in Costa Teguise which we didn’t like (the accommodation was quite shocking). From the moment we arrived, all the staff were welcoming and helped us with an issue we had with our passports straight away. The hotel is lovely, with a gorgeous pool, in a perfect location to Playa Blanca beach and restaurants. The room was a good size and our balancing looked on to the sea - the staff also left us a cheese and cracker board which was a lovely touch and was very appreciated. We’d love to come back!
