Cons:

Tratábamos de buscar un hotel que fuera accesible, así que buscamos por filtro accesibilidad PMR, resultado: el hotel no es completamente accesible: puertas y pasillos estrechos, en habitación no cumple radio de giro para silla de ruedas en el baño, las duchas no están adaptadas con agarraderas, en cuanto a la ubicación de la habitación está bastante lejos de las zonas comunes, pasando los pasillos estrechos. Asimismo, el ascensor es tan estrecho que entra la silla de ruedas y otra persona sin poder girar en el interior.

We were there only 2 nights and I couldn’t sleep because bed was so hard.

Niet boeken als Belg.

Buiten ontbijt eten

Cons:

Een veel te groot hotel met Britten. Ontbijt was eigenlijk ondermaats ( rommelig en op Britten gericht) zeker in vergelijking met hotels in Puerto del Carmen. Hotelkamer kregen we een upgrade maar deze moeten dringend een renovatie krijgen. We betaalden 250 euro voor een nacht met ontbijt en dan verwacht ik wel wat meer. Omdat we geklaagd hadden dat ons schuifraam niet dicht kon ( ons terras kon betreden worden door iedereen die er passeerden) kregen we midden in de nacht een brief onder onze deur ( maakten zoveel lawaai dat we ervan wakker werden en bijgevolg niet meer in slaap raakten) dat we de volgende dag naar de experience desk moesten. Ik dacht … aaa we zullen iets krijgen… bleek gewoon om te vragen of de deur goed gerepareerd was! 😠

Clean, comfortable, quiet, superbly located, and with the kindest staff.
The bed was even larger than king-size, which is rare these days. The room was big and well equipped.
Guests are quiet, and the vibe is quite relaxing.
The food is varied, and the menu changes every day but there are always plenty of options for both European and British palates. I particularly enjoyed the perfectly cooked fresh fish and the vegetables as I like healthy food, but there are also classic Bristol options.
Be aware that you pay extra for water bottles. There's a free water dispenser hidden in a corner, though.

Cons:

The indoor swimming pool is outside, just marginally covered.
Coffee is not freely available all day long as there are no takeaway options.

Good stay
Pros:

Breakfast and dinner was good. location, near beach!

Cons:

Lack of amenities. Only one small and underwhelming snack bar. Not sufficient options. The pool was too cold and the children's pool especially not warm. The toddler splash pool was too deep. The indoor pool was not nice and felt like a greenhouse.
