Cucina scadente: Cibo pessimo dalla colazione alla cena, pensato solo per una clientela britannica e non adatto agli italiani.

Servizio e ombrelloni: Troppo pochi ombrelloni. Lo staff è poco gentile e sequestra gli oggetti personali lasciati incustoditi se ci si allontana anche solo per un bagno o una birra al bar.

Camere e piscina: Letto molto scomodo. Struttura rumorosa e piscina impraticabile per via dei bambini che giocano continuamente a pallone.

Es war ein erholsames Hotel, das alles hat, was man sich erwünscht.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt nah an der Promenade und dem schönen Sandstrand.
Das Zimmer war sauber und machte einen gereumigen Eindruck.
Das Buffet war stetig abwechslungsreich mit fürsorglich und sehr freundlichem Personal

L’emplacement très bien. Qq minutes pour aller à la playa dorade et longue promenade le long de la mer. Le buffet assez bien et le personnel ne daignait même pas nous accueillir avec un petit ola

Dommage que personne parlant français à la réception. Le plus difficile était la mini disco personne ne s’occupait des enfants qui parlaient français….

Soggiorno ideale per Famiglie
Pros:

La struttura è molto bella e ben curata. La camera era spaziosa, dotata sia di aria condizionata che di ventilatore a soffitto, mentre il bagno era confortevole, con un'ampia doccia walk-in.

Il personale si è dimostrato sempre estremamente gentile, attento e rapido nel soddisfare ogni richiesta, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

La piscina centrale, con gli scivoli per i bambini, è perfetta per le famiglie, mentre la piscina riscaldata offre un'ottima occasione per rilassarsi in totale tranquillità.

La posizione è eccellente: in soli 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge Playa Dorada, una delle spiagge più belle di Lanzarote.

Molto apprezzati anche gli ampi orari di colazione, pranzo e cena, che permettono di organizzare la giornata con grande flessibilità.

Infine, abbiamo gradito molto i vari omaggi riservati agli ospiti che soggiornano per più di cinque notti, come il peluche per i bambini, una bottiglia di vino e alcuni snack e aperitivi da gustare in camera. Un'attenzione davvero piacevole che fa sentire gli ospiti coccolati.

Très bien situé. Proche de tous les commerces et à moins de 30 minutes de l’aéroport. Toutes les infrastructures nécessaires, piscine intérieure, extérieur, plage, en bas de la rue, parking, rien à redire…
Nous avions pris la formule demi-pension, un buffet très copieux et varié autant pour le petit déjeuner que pour le dîner.
D’autres restaurants bars et café également disponibles dans l’hôtel et de nombreux options disponibles a proximité immédiate de l’hôtel si besoin.
Propreté irréprochable.
Mais surtout personnel, très accueillant, que ce soit, au niveau de la réception, des femmes de ménage, des relations clients, des serveurs, nous avons vraiment passé un très agréable séjour. Je recommande.👌🏻

Excellent holiday, we will definitely return to this hotel.

We had a fantastic holiday at the H10 Lanzarote Princess. The food was excellent, plenty of choice even for fussy eaters, lovely kids pool, plenty of loungers, rooms were kept spotlessly clean, excellent location, five minutes walk to the beach and bars/shops etc.

Cons:

There needs to be more/better supervision by lifeguards at the pools. I only saw one lifeguard actually walk around the pool, the others sat quite a distance away. Of course, the responsibility is with parents to supervise their children at all times, but I still think lifeguards should play a more active role, particularly in areas where there are lots of children/ blind spots.

No reason to have any complaints, sometimes a little attention to paint work in rooms details on skirting tiles over paint, water in rooms for coffee don't like to use bathroom water, water is important for dinner.🙏
