Apartamentos Lanzarote Paradise

L’hôtel est un peu loin des commerces (un lidl est en construction à deux pas) mais si vous avez louer une voiture ça devrait aller.
La chambre est spacieuse.
Piscine non chauffée c’est un peu dommage quand il ne fait que 24 degrés en dehors de l’eau cependant il y a énormément de transat ce qui est positif.
Bien insonorisé, propre.

Apartments are lovely. Very basic but perfect for what you need. Comfy and clean. We only used one pool area but good enough. Sunbeds aren’t that many and some people on the ground floor put theirs at their balcony doors and expect us not to take them when they weren’t using them (no towels etc). Location wise it was a good walk to shops etc and paths are slippy when wet leading down the roads. Bar food was cheap. Room was very spacious. Shower not great pressure or temp was the only bad thing. All in all good property.

in der Küche fehlten einige wichtige Utensilien, wie z.B. ein Küchenmesser oder der Stöpsel für die Spüle.

El apartamento muy grande. En mi caso valoro que tanto el colchón como la almohada han sido muy comodas

The apartment was fantastic for the price and the gentleman at the reception could NOT have been more helpful. Fantastic employee and I'm sure we're not the first to mention this.

I have to start with the bad comments.
The cleaning needs improvement. They advised us that the cleaners come twice a week but on the 5th night, I had to mention this to reception as they had not been and was told “your 1st clean day is tomorrow” which I was not very happy with.
A family also left and after 3 days, the rubbish and towels were still left there, again I mentioned this and the next day they where removed.
They have a bar which is cheap enough, food was hit and miss, sometimes really good and then sometimes not the best prepared. They never have change and left us standing around waiting. They run out of food and condiments too which was frustrating.

Good things - the size of the rooms were very good and decent sized balconies. They provide a bus into the town 3 times a day too which is a free service.

Overall a decent stay and would stay again if no other hotels nearer town were not available.

Establecimiento anticuado, le hace falta una reforma. Destacar el buen hacer del personal de recepción, que atendió todas nuestras peticiones e hizo todo lo posible por solucionar nuestros problemas.

This aparmwent block knew one of my party was a senior but put us on top floor club was basic and not really friendly except owners too far out from any night life i.e. restaurants we would not go back again

We enjoyed our stay although the apartments were quite a walk to the centre or beach, we hired a car to visit the island so it didn't affect us. The staff were very pleasant and the apartment was cleaned every other day beds were changed twice a week. the only problem was the cooking facilities and utensils were a little sparse. We would be happy to stay their again.

Vierailumme kesti viikon, ja siihen tämä hotelli soveltui hyvin. Etäisyys oli hieman totuttua pidempi keskustaan. Tosin kävelymatkat otettiin hyvänä kuntoiluna. Hotelli on siisti ja keittiö kattava. Allasalue oli siisti. Huoneen siivooja oli erittäin miellyttävä ja luotettava.

Ainoa miinus oli hotellin respan töykeähkö palvelu. Kirjoittautuessa sisään hotelliin vastassa oli nuorehko mies, joka selkeästi asioitsi mieheni kanssa, vaikka varaus ei edes ollut hänen nimellään. Lisäksi tarkistettuaan passini, hän nakkasi sen tiskiin miehelleni, ei minulle.

These apartments are quite a way from the town centre in a residential area, but there is a free bus to town three times a day and a taxi only costs 3 euros. My apartment was huge and had everything I needed. The decor is a little tired but is was perfectly clean. The room was cleaned and towels were changed every other day and my bedding was changed three times during my fortnight stay. Staff were very helpful. It was very quiet during my stay, so plenty of sunbeds but the pool was far too cold for me to swim in. The layout of rooms is a little confusing at first and there are a lot of stairs to negotiate. After a couple of days I found the shortest route in and out with the fewest stairs! Great value for money.

Unser Urlaub im Lanzarote Paradies war sehr schön, die Anlage an sich sieht renoviert aus alles ist sauber und morgens ab 7:30 wird schon die Poolanlage und alles drum herum gereinigt, täglich frische Handtücher und Zimmerreinigung 2x pro Woche (Besen, Wischmop, Putzzeug, Bügelbrett und Eisen alles in einer Abstellkammer im Zimmer zur Verfügung) Die Apartments sind sehr geräumig, etwas magere Einrichtung aber völlig ausreichend, wir hatten einen Balkon im EG sind Terrassen von denen man direkt an der Poolanlage ist. Die Lage vom Hotel ist schön ruhig, zum Strand und zur Promenade wo tolle Restaurants und viele viele Geschäfte sind sind es zu Fuß locker 30-40 Minuten, für uns zu Weit, daher hatten wir einen Leihwagen (sehr zu empfehlen da die Insel sehr weitläufig ist obwohl sie klein ist ;-)) Die Anderen Orte und Strände zu erkunden ist wirklich empfehlenswert

Es ist alles sehr auf die englischen Touristen ausgelegt, im Hotel waren auch einige, das typische traf dann wieder zu....Sehr laut und unachtsam anderen Gästen gegenüber bis spät in die Morgenstunden, aber da kann ja das Hotel nichts für

Es gibt im Hotel einen kleinen Supermarkt und ein kleines Restaurant / Bar direkt am Pool

Im großen und ganzen war es ein toller Urlaub, der Januar ist sehr zu empfehlen als Reisezeitraum...

we arrived on 28th dec 2015 for a 4 night stay,we had apartment 14 which was huge it was lovely,lots of sun on the balcony,great kitchen area immaculate right through

Everything and anything extra was at additional cost, when checked out member of staff was too busy chatting to return my tv remote deposit. As point of principle chased hotel up afterwards to have this refunded, took phone call and at least half a dozen emails, eventually when I threatened to leave negative review had money returned but MINUS bank charges i.e. I had to pay for their mistake!

Los apartamentos eran cómodos, amplios, y muy bien equipados. El mobiliario era correcto, y la cocina (con placa, frigorífico y microondas) era muy completa. Además, tienes espacio de sobra para moverte por la casa, y realizan una limpieza a los 3 días de llegar.

Las zonas comunes que tiene comprenden la piscina, el bar, y un pequeño supermercado.

Un desastre

Nosotros hemos tenido mala suerte ya que hemos coincidido con la borrasca que arrasó en las islas de Tenerife i Gran Canaria.
En Lanzarote nos llovió todos los días durante la estancia y no pudimos gozar de las piscinas.
Hice sugerencia que lo único que deben de cambiar y con carácter urgente, son los colchones porque son bastante incómodos en las camas individuales.
Por lo demás todo correcto
