Racist Staff
Pros:

Location is good.

Cons:

The staff told my mother and father that they were not allowed to go into the nightclub, even though it was open to everyone else. The racist staff made me really uncomfortable but we had to stay anyway because we did not have any other alternatives. Avoid at all costs if possible.

Very comfortable beds, fluffy sheets and lovely welcome; great value for money.
Pros:

It was a very good location, clean and relatively quiet for Morocco. Had the independently run rooftop bar which was great to go up to at the end of the day; it was open late so we could have a calming drink when our plane was delayed. Top tip, sit outside as they allow smoking in bars in Morrocco.
The bed was generous and comfy (2 singles pushed together but with a mattress protector and sheet covering both so no ‘crack’ and annoying sliding apart), linens good and fluffy towels. The safe had a simple key which worked and we generally felt secure. There was a generous welcoming bowl of fruit (apples, satsumas and bananas with plates and knives/forks/serviettes) and a 2l bottle of water.
This was much better hotel than the considerably more expensive and flashier Kenzi Basma hotel we stayed the night after to join a tour - the balcony door didn’t lock, shower broken, couldn’t work safe and cheap and worn out linens and towels; no welcoming basket and tiny bottles of water! Well were sorry we weren’t staying the final night of our stay in Casablanca in Prince de Paris!

Cons:

The floors were hard and we had annoying noise from people moving furniture around above. The hotel’s bar was closed so didn’t have a choice between that and the rooftop bar. The shower was in the bath and a bit awkward and slippery, but the shower and bath worked and fluffy towels go a long way :).

Für 1-2 Nächte in Ordnung, allerdings gibt es für den Preis sicherlich bessere Hotels

Leichter Schimmel- und kalter Rauchgeruch auf dem Zimmer und im gesamten Hotel

Lauter Verkehrslärm

Im Frühstücksraum wurde nebenan geraucht, was durch eine fehlende Tür sehr rüberzog

J'ai parcouru 650 kilomètres et, à mon arrivée, j'ai attendu longtemps à la réception. Autre chose d'incompréhensible : je n'avais pas d'eau chaude dans la douche.
