Staff was friendly.

The room is clean and comfortable. Thank you Mr Musa for making me feel home. Very warm staff and service

False advertising was present. Room wasn’t how we booked and the basic ultitlies, such as fridge and kettle were out of service. Furthermore, for breakfast: we were not served on Sunday even though we booked full service the 4 days we were there. No reason was given. Finally, we booked twin beds and were given a single queen bed, when requested to change the only staff member there wasn’t very friendly. I am not normally one to give such bad reviews as I don’t want to put a business in a negative way but please reconsider your stay here

Receptionisten kunde inte prata engelska, och det var jättesvårt att få hjälp, det var inte bra frukost, det var inte bra städat, jag sprang efter vatten och toalettpapper flera gånger upp och ner

Staff is very friendly location is excellent near all transportation, dining and shopping all within walking distances.

Nan-Hotel'de konaklama fırsatım oldu ve kesinlikle tavsiye edebilirim. İlk andan itibaren, misafir memnuniyetinin burada en önemli öncelik olduğu belliydi. Otel sahibi ve çalışanlar son derece nazik, ilgili ve yardımseverdi.

İster küçük istekler, ister çevreyle ilgili tavsiyeler ya da özel talepler olsun, ekip her zaman güler yüzle yardımcı oldu ve her konuda özenle ilgilendi. Konukların rahat bir konaklama geçirmesi için gösterdikleri bu çaba, fark yarattı.

Otelin kendisi rahat ve davetkardı, ancak burayı özel kılan kesinlikle çalışanlarıydı. Kendimi tamamen huzurlu ve mutlu hissettim, mutlaka


Ich hatte das große Vergnügen, im Nan-Hotel zu übernachten, und kann es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Vom ersten Moment an war klar, dass die Zufriedenheit der Gäste hier oberste Priorität hat. Der Inhaber und die Mitarbeiter waren außerordentlich freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Egal, ob es um kleine Anliegen, Empfehlungen für die Umgebung oder besondere Wünsche ging, das Team stand immer mit einem Lächeln zur Verfügung und kümmerte sich aufmerksam um alles. Diese persönliche Betreuung und das Engagement, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten, haben den Unterschied gemacht.

Das Hotel selbst war gemütlich und einladend, doch es sind die Menschen, die diesen Ort zu etwas Besonderem machen. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und werde definitiv wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an das Team des Nan-Hotels für die hervorragende Gastfreundschaft!

Unfortunately a very bad hotel. The owner has narcissistic tendencies that stood in the way of solving the issues that we experienced during our stay. We got stuck in the elevator multiple times!!!!!!!!! This was such a scary experience and not OK. The stairways are always filled with stuff, trash, and cleaning products. This is not a hotel, this is NOT ok.

I paid for breakfast, first day the person at reception who was really nice, asked if we would be having the pre-dawn meal as our breakfast and we said yes, this was provided for us in the dining area, next day there was a different person at reception (small hotel manned by one person), who said we didn't give notice so no pre-dawn breakfast, even though he knew we are Muslim and are fasting, so we had to keep the fast with my two children without a pre-dawn meal, terrible attitude and not helpful at all.

We stayed in a budget room so the smallest one, which was good enough. Staff saw to all our needs and any requests and they were all very friendly. Would stay here again if I was to visit.

Location was great- 10 min walk to metro, Tram line is even closer. ~25/30min walk to the bridge crossing the Bosphorus/eminonu and a similar walking distance to blue mosque area.

The only things I’d say that would make the hotel itself better - a few door hooks in the bedroom & bathroom to hook on the towels. And an additional bin in the bedroom itself - there was only one in the bathroom.

The AC wasn’t working during our stay but this wasn’t an issue for us as we could keep the window open.

Overall a very good hotel and amazing price and location and would recommend to anyone

Ailece kalınabilecek gayet temiz ve konforlu bir otel. Konum olarak da tarihi yerlere çok yakın. Otel personelleri çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Temizlik konusunda hiç sıkıntı olmadı. Kahvaltı doyurucu ve ürünleri günlük tazeydi. Otel sahibi gayet misafirperverdi. Otele giriş yaptığımız andan çıkış yaptığımız güne kadar şehir hakkında bize yardımcı oldu sağolsun. Teşekkürler
