Great hotel, great location, great staff
Pros:

Close location to airport
Staff really accommodating and pleasant
Room was amazing - we got an upgrade too
Food selection was really good and food always hot when it was meant to be
Always able to get a sun bed
The beach is literally outside the front door

Cons:

Didn’t realise it was a salt water pool until I was in it - I should have read more before I went! But it was still nice cooling and there’s two pools which is good

In generale la zona di Caleta de Fuste non rappresenta l'isola di Fuertevetura secondo me
Pros:

La suite era confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario. Con gradito benvenuto a base di spumante e cioccolatini molto apprezzato, bella e attrezzata la piscina.

Cons:

Il buffet sia per la colazione che per la cena decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative rispetto al rapporto qualità prezzo. La struttura seppur ampia e davanti al mare è comunque datata e necessiterebbe di qualche miglioria. La palestra è piccola e gli attrezzi trascurati.

Our stay in Eurostars Las Salinas was amazing, we had a room with balcony facing up to the beach, the view was stunning.
Pros:

The location is absolutely beautiful, the beach is just stunning.😍

Cons:

Only downside I can say is that we were family of Five people staying in the room,but all kitchen stuff in the room, like plates, forks, knives was just for 2 people.

Pros:

Tutto veramente da 10 e lode, la pozione sulla spiaggia, la camera grande e pulita, ci hanno fatto trovare 1 bottiglia di cava e dei cioccolatini, nel bagno spazzolini da denti,set barba, set per struccarsi ,tante piccole attenzioni che fanno la differenza!!! Abbiamo ricevuto una telefonata in camera da parte della reception per sapere se tutto era di nostro gradimento. Il cibo molto buono e molto attenti per il tema del senza glutine. Sicuramente ritorneremo. Meraviglioso

Que veía el mar. Aunque debo decir que pagué el extra por esas vistas

The staff are fantastic, the room and hotel in general are spotless and the location superb
Pros:

Our suite was immaculate, the staff were excellent and could not do enough for you and the location superb- the view was amazing and our terrace was huge.

Cons:

The gym was too hot and dated equipment.
The bar location should be reviewed, maybe moved more towards the lobby.
Water feature at the front was out of commission and would enhance the entrance

I would come back anytime.
Pros:

Location was very good, 2 minutes walk from the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. All inclusive- food was very tasty, good choice of food.

Cons:

Building is a bit outdated.

Great view and friendly staff
Pros:

Great location right on the beach. Huge comfortable double bed - an actual double too and not 2 singles pushed together. View was amazing from our balcony. Friendly reception staff and mostly friendly waiters in the restaurant buffet area. Our son won a toy in the arcade claw machine but it got stuck after the claw released. Reception called the company and someone turned up within 15 mins to resolve the issue. On a public holiday too! Wasn't expecting that.

Cons:

The apartment is in need of updating. The laminate floor was peeling in places and there's was small bits of damage in many areas of the room. Also we had a waiter with a bad attitude one night. He quite angrily told us not to leave food on the table as he was clearing the plates. Our 2 year old daughter had left some corn on the table and he was quite annoyed at that. Rolling his eyes and tutting at us. I told him that we did not appreciate his attitude and he apologised and gave the kids some sweets to say sorry but it was very unprofessional to act this way in the first place. Put a bad mood on the evening.

Overall. Very nice. Spoilt by the soft drink incident
Pros:

Cons:

One member of staff in the restaurant. Was very unkind when we had a soft drink we were not allowed to , we paid for it and it all took place while we eating our evening meal. We were made to feel like criminals. Upset us that much we didn’t finish our meal. We realised it was our fault but could have been handled differently and much better. All over a 2 euro soft drink
