Posizione spettacolare su Gran Via, Ultimo piano carino con sala colazioni.

Cons:

Il bagno della stanza è "aperto". Doccia e lavello in stanza e WC in cameretta chiusa. Poca privacy. Rapporto qualità prezzo non equilibrato

Great location and price for an outstanding stay in the heart of Madrid
Pros:

Great location, friendly and professional staff always ready and eager to provide information and answer questions. The property is in the heart of Gran Via, next to Callao Metro station. Security was great with 24/7 hrs. personnel both at lower level as the reception on level 9. The property is very comfortable, has all amenities one would want for a great stay. There is a roof top bar with a great view of the city. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely use it again on my next trip to Madrid.

Excelente! A repetir!
Pros:

O atendimento foi incomparável! Cheguei bem mais cedo que a hora de check in, sozinha com a minha filha de 5 anos e carregada, passei apenas com a expectativa de deixar as malas, mas arranjaram-me logo o quarto para poder descansar e organizar-me! Super prestáveis. Fui questionar se havia algum sítio para comprar leite e chocolate para a pequena e arranjaram-mo logo sem qualquer custo. Não podia vir mais satisfeita com tudo!
