La ubicación, las instalaciones y el personal estupendos.

Cons:

La recepción está en la planta 9 y todo depende de ascensores que en algunos momentos están totalmente saturados, puede costar mucho tiempo moverse por el hotel con ellos.

No me gusto que me dijeran que tenía vistas a la gran Vía y lo que tenía era una esquina que veíamos un edificicio no era mi plan tener esas vistas,cuando estaba de celebración aniversario de mi pareja de 3 años,les dije que si podían hacerle algún detalle por la celebración y no estaba nada preparado me cagaron la sorpresa a mi pareja pero bueno lo recomiendo un gusto
