Hermoso e impecable hotel
Pros:

Me encantó el hotel!! Es hermosoooo!! La atención impecable, super limpio, la pileta es chiquita pero nos salvó al mediodía con el calor, la decoración, el desayuno es riquísimo! La ubicación es inmejorable!! Encantada de haber estado allí!! Volveremos sin dudas, esta vez con mis hijos!!

Cons:

Solo cambiaría la cortina que separa a el baño de la habitación, hicimos un viaje de hermanos, y como el mío es varón, quizás una puerta hubiese estado mejor

Fantastic stunning hotel in a great location
Pros:

The hotel is in a Perfect location to discover all the main tourist attractions and also walkable to the Malasana neighbourhood which has a very cool vibe and the Salamanca area which is more upmarket with nice shops restaurants, The interior of the hotel is so beautiful and the hotels rooms have good air-con and are really nicely decorated. The staff were very helpful and kind especially the young girl on reception sadly I forgot her name

Cons:

There was nothing not to like as it ticked every box I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone it’s great value for money

Desde la llegada el host y el staff de recepción fueron muy amables. El cuarto era muy bonito y estaba súper limpio.

El rooftop tiene una vista excepcional y el staff de la barra, EL MEJOR! Gastón, Daniel, Jesús,Luis, María y todos los demás chicos fueron más que amables y atentos e hicieron de nuestra estadía la mejor de todas. 🇵🇷

La situation géographique idéale. La vue du roof top est incroyable. Le personnel est très aimable. Le petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Tout a été parfait.

Cons:

Le moins mais rien de surprenant au vu de la situation, le prix des boissons. C'est un peu cher :(.

Pros:

La chambre est bien isolée et très calme malgré l'agitation de la gran via. L’équipe est agréable, le petit déjeuner copieux et varié (et disponible jusqu'à midi ce qui est rare). L'espace piscine est aussi sympa avec des sièges abrités du soleil, le bassin est tout petit mais bien frais. Nous avons aussi apprécié le check out à midi (encore une fois de plus en plus rare). Enfin l'hôtel est ultra central, on peut tout faire à pied.

Cons:

Deux petites remarques : il n’y avait pas de prise près d’une table permettant de brancher facilement la bouilloire. Aussi la salle de bain est ouverte sur la chambre et les toilettes ne sont séparés que par une parois en verre. A prendre en compte selon le degré d'intimité que vous souhaitez...

Short and Sweet.
Pros:

Breakfast was a lovely Mediterranean style and had choices which was nice.
The beds were very comfortable and soft.
The location was ideal to explore Madrid.
The rooms cleaning service was excellent and the cleaning staff deserved much praise for the work they do.

Cons:

The shower was not the easiest to use, and at times the water was way too hot. That is the only thing I suggest need improvement.
