Great location quality product. With one exception
Pros:

Central location. Good facilities, clean and comfortable.
Rooms are quite stylish.

Cons:

The staff at the front desk were a little hit and miss I think it would be a good idea to do a little more training. First impressions are important for a hotel. On checkout they where much better but the first two days was a bit disappointing. Great product otherwise just some feedback to help them.

La posizione dell'hotel: in pieno centro di Madrid, vicino alle principali attrazioni turistiche, raggiungibili a piedi; vicino anche alle stazioni della metropolitana, comodissima da utilizzare per chi voglia spostarsi agevolmente da una parte all'altra della città, nonché andare in aeroporto. Colazione a buffet eccellente per qualità e varietà.

Cons:

Migliorerei la separazione del bagno dal resto della stanza, che è soltanto parziale (presenza di porta a vetri, esclusivamente per il vano del WC, che si accosta solo, senza una chiusura vera e propria; tutto il resto a vista). Il personale della reception è educato ed efficiente, ma freddo.

(Note for travellers- You cant be dropped off/picked up directly outside the hotel easily but it is a v short walk from a side street)

Cons:

Rooftop pool ok but the whole area was a bit small and too busy (for us) in the afternoon, not v relaxing.

Nous avons absolument tout aimé : de l’accueil au confort de la chambre, la piscine en rooftop et l’emplacement de l’hôtel!

Cons:

L’eau de la piscine a fortement taché le maillot de bain blanc de notre fille. Je vous déconseille de porter des maillots de bains claires

So glad we stayed here!
Pros:

The property was in an ideal location on La Gran Via. The view from the rooftop terrace was incredible. Breakfast was good. Staff were always available and more than willing to help.

Pros:

The location was good. Close to several metro stops and walkable to many historic sites.

Cons:

The service at the rooftop bar was horrible. There was a sewer smell in the bathroom, and the housekeeping service was not very good.

Hôtel très bien à tous les niveaux
Pros:

Petit déjeuner super car très varié et frais
Très bon emplacement en plein centre
Personnel très bien
La terrasse sur le toit et son bar très agréable

Cons:

Le mitigeur de la douche
L'etage 8 est bruyant le matin car il est en dessous de la salle du petit déjeuner d'où les bruits de chaises. Nous avons demandé à changer d'étage, ce qui a été fait très rapidement !
