Quando si entra il colpo d occhio non aiuta, una piccola scrivania per il ceckin e nessuno ambiente adatto ad accogliere i clienti. La scala che subito sale alle stanze un po' spettrale. La camera direi comoda come spazio ma Il bagno scomodo perché davvero troppo piccolo!!!...ed avevamo una suite...
La colazione un po' rabattata ma nella norma anche se l ambiente comune dedicato alla colazione anch'esso troppo risicato. La signora che serviva la colazione il primo giorno molto attenta e cortese, l altra, quella trovata il secondo, l opposto, confusionaria e assolutamente non attenta a nulla. Diciamo che il termine Locanda si addice parecchio ma nel complesso bene.

Sopratutto la posizione, veramente comodo arrivare in piazza San Marco. e poi tutto il resto carina,sicuramente se ritorni a Venezia cercherò di ripronotarla.sempre tramite bookiing.

Pros:

Buona posizione nel cuore di Venezia, Struttura piccola ma accogliente, camere leggermente piccole ma nella media di Venezia. Arredate secondo il gusto (discutibile) di un antico veneziano con tende, broccati e damascati. Hotel con sole 8 camere che affacciano tutte sullo spazio centrale dove si fa colazione. Sarebbe meglio un pó più si insonorizzazione delle stanze. Alcune stanze affacciano proprio sull’area ristoro. Colazione con cornetti caldi e anche uova formaggio e prosciutto cotto. Semplice ma sufficiente

Cons:

Hotel con sole 8 camere che affacciano tutte sullo spazio centrale dove si fa colazione. Sarebbe meglio un pó più si insonorizzazione delle stanze. Alcune stanze affacciano proprio sull’area ristoro.

Pros:

Posizione eccellente per visitare la Biennale ai Giardini e all'Arsenale.
Camera pulita e sufficientemente spaziosa
Personale gentile e disponibile

Cons:

Unico neo il bagno molto pulito ma piuttosto piccolo .Il box doccia solo per persone esili ed agili....e noi per fortuna lo siamo!😉

Closer to San Zacario
Pros:

Liked the location. Complementary breakfast.The staffs were very nice, they even helped to lift our luggage to first floor. Helped in keeping our luggage for 10hrs after we checked out.

Cons:

Room was dark, and less air circulation though the AC was there. Not sure all the hotels in Venice is like that. No lift.

Good location, experience fair, would not stay there again.

Location was good. Front desk staff was friendly.

Cons:

Extremely small, uncomfortably so. No elevator. Narrow staircase that would only fit one person easily. Shower was about half the size of a cruise shower, not exaggerating! Breakfast was fair, yougurt, can fruit, stale pastries. Watched them put away and pull out the same food into cabinets each day. Breakfast staff wasn’t rude, just not overly friendly. Talked on her phone the whole time. Bed was fair, not horrible. Felt like maybe it was just a boxed spring.

Le personnel très accueillant, l' emplacement était parfait avec une vue sur un petit canal très sympathique à tout juste 5 minutes de la place San Marco et encore peut être 3 minutes. L' hôtel est petit mais très convivial. Je retournerai sans hésiter. Encore merci pour ce séjour

L'accueil était chaleureux.

Cons:

La dame qui préparait le petit-déjeuner n'était pas souriante du tout et pas prévenante.
La douche de la salle de bain est trop minuscule !
