Very quaint, small and intimate
Quite difficult to find on first visit to Venice - thank you Google maps!!
It has a great location and very friendly staff. Especially the two ladies managing breakfast, they were so kind and hospitable!
Location was very good, few minutes walk to San Marco square and 5-6 minutes to vaporetto station. Canal view was cute, gondalas coming by often, fun when we heard them singing we could watch them come by.
Breakfast had boiled eggs and Cornetto. One day had a kiwi.
A low end hotel, average at best. No hotel lobby, very small entry area. No elevator and lots of stairs to lug luggage up. The room is small and the bathroom is tiny! The shower is so small you can barely move and there is no storage area for your shower items so you have to constantly keep opening the shower door to access your soap, shampoo etc. Also the shower was so moldy and gross, see pictures. The breakfast was just ok, limited. Also the wifi was terrible and rarely worked, thank God I bought 50gb on esim or I would have been screwed there. The a/c isn't great. You have to keep your key in the slot to power the room and it was SO HOT when we arrived and took few hours to cool. It never really got cold either, just to about slightly better than warm. Also the fridge didn’t work. Our items never cooled.

Tiny shower(literally tiny) couldn’t bend over in it to pick up anything (I’m 5 ft 5, size 14) had to open the door to bend down and pick up shampoo.
Not enough tables and chairs for breakfast( right outside our door..literally right outside) the lady complained but they just need to get rid of all of the couches and side tables and replace with actual chairs and tables- easy fix!

A cozy hotel in the heart of Venice! The hotel is very clean and quiet, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff are wonderful, friendly, and always ready to help. The location is excellent, with all the main attractions within easy walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay!
The breakfast was spectacular and the view outside the window was great.

La posizione top, in pieno centro ma defilato dal caos, il letto veramente comodo ho dormito benissimo.
La camera che ci è capitata ha un bagno minuscolo veramente problematico! Se una persona è alta o robusta si ha un bel problema..per fare il bidet non ci si entra,per lavarti il viso si sbatte la testa sulla mensola e il phon che è quello appeso al muro era rotto,rattoppato e si surriscaldava, improponibile!
La colazione sufficiente si potrebbe con poco migliorarla .
