Lobby smell is overpowering, the scent they use is too much.
Upon check in they present you with a sheet of charges if anything in the room is missing (towel, robes, etc.) then bell boy counted the items in the room
When he helped with the bags…. Annoying policy for what is supposed to be one of the nicer hotels in the city.
They ask for a deposit $1000 pesos upon check in,which isn’t much. But, over complicate check out and won’t return it until they inspect the vacant room.
Staff was nice. A friendly gentleman offering Lebanese coffee in the lobby was a nice touch.
First then didn't gave me a room.i booked then changed it without informing me gave a room which was making some noise told them to change they showed me a room with no window..I told them to cancel my 3 night stay they said no refund. They made me stand in lobby from 10 pm until 1pm to issue me a refund

No tenia instrucciones de como usar la cafetera del cuarto
la vista, los cuartos son amplios, estacionamiento excelente. el desayuno del buffete bueno para iniciar el dia
no pude conectar mi lap top al wifi de la habitacion, por lo demas todo bien.
Es la segunda o tercera ocasion que me hospedo ahi, me gusta su ubicacion facil acceso a la mina y al teleferico, y estas a 5-10 cms de el centro neurogico de zacatecas para disfrutar todo
Esta ocasion, el check inn y principalmente el checkout muyy tardado
