I was travelling to Jaisalmer. This hotel is located on the way to Jaisalmer. So I choose it. Thats all its good for.
Cleanliness of the room is average.The bathroom lock was broken. Everything was very flimsy. The behaviour is also average. In peak season they charge around 8000/- for a family. They say they will provide breakfast at 8 am however they took around 8.15- 8.20 am to set the entire breakfast. There is no jam for bread, no juice, these were listed in the menu but not kept for breakfast. If you are planning to hit the road early morning then their breakfast wont be ready. At breakfast table there. were no tissues, spoons were unclean, no katories to take sambar. There was no chutney for idliy. For the money they charge the services are below average They dont deserve even one star!

Spacious room
Several things:
-extremely hard bed, felt like you were sleeping on bricks
-asked for extra towels and toilet paper was denied at first, poor service
-was asked to pay halfway through the stay which we found rude
-check in process was painful was asked irrelevant questions and it felt like we were being interrogated
-hallway lights were constantly off during the evening/night had to turn them on ourselves
-very noise. Walls are thin. Can hear the next room
Excellent staff behaviour and good room service. It is worth to stay here and explore the jodhpur.
