Uncomfortable & glad we were unable to stay the four days as booked.
Pros:

The breakfast & the pool area.

Cons:

The room was very basic & old, the bed was like a rock & the one pillow provided was flat. Be warned there is no lift… it reminded me of staying in a cabin at a caravan park.

Alles in allem ist es gut. Frühstück ist gut, es gibt wenig aber dafür alles immer vorhanden und gute Qualität.

Pros:

Tout était très bien. Le petit déjeuner est diversifié.

Cons:

Il ne manque pas grand chose pour un 4 étoiles sauf peut être un ascenseur ?
Il manque une boîte de mouchoirs dans la chambre, bouilloire/cafetière, une bouteille d’eau et shampoing/produit douche en permanence (il n’y a qu’un kit à l’arrivée).
Avoir la notion de l’utilisation des serviettes pour l’écologie car elles sont changées chaque jour.
Quelques dépliants sur les activités du lac et sites à visiter.

Cons:

Helaas niet goed (genoeg) gekeken naar aangeboden voorzieningen. Er was geen lift aanwezig en trappen lopen is te pijnlijk na een knieoperatie. Dit aangegeven bij de vriendelijke receptioniste maar die kon niets voor mij betekenen. Na contact met booking zou de manager contact met mij opbrengen. Niets meer gehoord, ook niet na een verzoek hiervoor. Geld (en het vertrouwen in medeleven en eerlijkheid) kwijt.

Prachtig hotel dicht bij het centrum
Pros:

Fijn kleinschalig hotel, prachtige tuin, mooi zwembad en grote kamer. Op loop afstand van het centrum van Bardolino. Schoon en goed onderhouden. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Unfortunately, our experience did not match the impression created by the online photos.

The rooms needed better maintenance: mould on the bathroom ceiling and around the shower, peeling trim, a sink that drained very slowly, a poorly flushing toilet, and damaged walls.

Breakfast was another disappointment. The selection of fresh vegetables consisted only of cucumber and tomatoes, some of which were already spoiled. The hot breakfast looked very unappetising, and the sweet pastries also appeared to be of low quality. Overall, the quality of the food was well below what we would expect, even from a three-star hotel.

We also booked two rooms for our family, but they were allocated in two separate hotel buildings. This was not communicated in advance, and when we contacted the hotel to ask for a solution, we were simply told that if we were unhappy, we could stay elsewhere and request a refund.

The ground floor also had a noticeable damp, musty smell and did not give the impression of a well-maintained property.

Overall, the hotel looks significantly more stylish and well maintained in the online photos than it does in reality. The difference between the photos and the actual experience was disappointing.

Ca mura ich liebs
Pros:

Einfach alles, sind schon zum 8. Mal dort gewesen. Zimmer sind groß, modern eingerichtet. Beim Frühstück ist für jeden was dabei.

Cons:

Der Pool ist zu warm. Bei 40 Grad Sonne leider keine Abkühlung. Aber der See ist nicht weit
