El trato del personal la piscina la habitación la tranquilidad que se respira en el hotel y la piscina el buffet tanto del desayuno como de la cena total un 10 en todo y seguro que repetiremos pero está vez más días

Las piscinas, la pista de tenis/futbol, el miniclub, el bufet, la limpieza en la habitación, la vegetación de los jardines, los salones para poder ver el mundial,…

Cons:

El hotel estaba a plena ocupación, y los bufets se llenaban. Tienen la mala costumbre de alimentar a los gatos con sardinas, en el pasillo de paso a las habitaciones,siendo muy desagradable. La cama de 135 cm se queda pequeña para la habitación de matrimonio.

Pros:

Totally enjoyed our stay at the property. Staff was helpful and kind to guests, very beautiful well taken care of garden. The pool area was very clean and nice. Daily entertaining after dinner was a plus.

Cons:

The restaurant at the pool closed at 1600, could hv stretched it alittle longer, we loved snacking there during swimming

Sehr komfortabler und erholsamer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Sehr gepflegte Anlage, tolle exotische Pflanzen und Palmen. Sehr schön großer Pool, Frühstück sehr gut, Personal sehr freundlich, Suite sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet, Hotel mit außergewöhnlichem Design. Es gab einen extra gelegenen Kinderpool, das war sehr gut.

Cons:

Liegen am Pool wurden gleich früh von Gästen mit Handtüchern belegt. Es waren teilweise auch Liegen frei, aber es fehlten die Auflagen dazu.

Quizá mejoraría algo el tema de la animación infantil. La minidisco por las noches no era muy animada y había algunos días que el Kids club tenía solo un animador y no era suficiente para tantos niños.

Los jardines, el desayuno, el personal, la piscina… todo. Los Canarios son bastante relajados, amables y humildes y eso te da mucha tranquilidad.

Muy grande para mi gusto, te puedes perder por las instalaciones, casi todo los hoteles son asi ya que ai muchos turistas, si te gusta pasar mucho tiempo en el hotel, esta muy bien ya que tienes muchas cosas para entretenerte👍
