EXTRAORDINAIRE !!
Pros:

Que dire.. appart que tout était excellent!! Cet hôtel est grandiose et le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable (Laura, Enricq, Alejandro, Nabil, Federico, …).
Les chambres sont propres spacieuses, le déjeuner et le souper hyper bon.
Le Port de Mogan est à 7 minutes a pieds et c’est hyper joli 🥰
Nous avons passés une semaine en famille avec deux enfants en bas âges et c’était clairement adapté à nos attentes. Nous reviendrons c’est certain. Gracias por etos recuerdos ♥️

Pros:

Me encantó la piscina. Tenía muy buena temperatura, mi bebé de 1 año disfrutó mucho de ella. Ambiente tranquilo y las hamacas no se pueden reservar con la toalla cosa que se agradece. Las habitaciones amplias y bien cuidadas. El personal atento y amable. La comida estaba buena y van variando las cenas.

La zona de piscina, los espacios comunes y las actividades para los niños, especialmente la minidisco y su animador estrella Alejandro, que marca la diferencia porque se nota que lo da todo en su trabajo.

Lovely relaxing week
Pros:

Lovely pools excellent location. Junior suite was in lovely quiet garden area

It would have been so easy to allocate a quiet area in the restaurant for adults only. But we were all mixed together

Great value for money (in May)
Pros:

Hotel vibe, decoration of the hotel, very friendly and polite stuff and super amazing breakfast

Cons:

Plates were sometimes dirty. When they cleaned the room they didn't change the towels. No music played by the pool, that was boring. We got two single beds pushed together instead of a double bed.

Pros:

Sehr saubere und schöne Poolanlage. Man hat sich durch die weitläufige Hotelanlage, die auf mehrere Gebäude erstreckt hat überhaupt nichr eingeengt gefühlt. Das Frühstück war super lecker und das Personal jederzeit freundlich.

Cons:

Die Zeit für das Abendessen am Buffet war etwas kurz. Zudem war es sehr schade, dass manche Gerichte (v.a. Fisch und Fleisch) durch das Vorbereiten und Vorhalten trocken waren.
