Good, hotel a little dated. staff were friendly.
Pros:

Buffer breakfast and dinner were good value. But the dinner service was too rushed because they kick you out at 8pm, there are two sittings so it's not relaxed.

Cons:

split dinner service.
Also I had a terrible experience with a TUI coach driver. Reception told me to park my car out front and unload bags. Which I did . But a TUI coach turned up , whilst I was unloading and the driver started swearing at me in Spanish. But I speak Spanish and understood how rude he was. He wanted to turn the coach around so rather than ask me to move the car, he just started to verbally abuse me.

Paradise!
Pros:

Such a beautiful hotel. It was spotlessly clean, and it was definitely a super relaxing hotel to stay in. My stay was only short unfortunately but my experience of this hotel was outstanding. The location of the hotel is good as its only a short walk to the beach, bus station, bars and restaurants.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Tolle Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel ist ein sehr großer Komplex und dennoch keine Bettenburg. Der Service ist gut, das Personal ausgesprochen nett, die Zimmer sauber und schön und die Betten sehr bequem. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und grenzt an einen archäologischen Park- durch diese aufgelockerte Anlage entsteht nicht der Eindruck einer Hotelburg.
Toll auch die Pools, die teils ruhiger und teils lebendiger sind. Nur am Family Pool darf Ball gespielt werden und Spielzeug verwendet werden.
Das Abendessen findet in 2 slots statt, für die man sich anmelden muss, aber jederzeit wieder wechseln kann. Das kann mich nicht so recht begeistern, stellt aber sicher dass auch die späteren Gäste ein sauberes Restaurant vorfinden und frisches Essen. Von 20 Uhr bis 20.30 ist das Restaurant aus diesem Grund geschlossen.
Das Essen selbst ist Buffet oberer Standard und wäre nicht meine erste Wahl, wobei diese Form natürlich ideal ist mit Kindern.
An unseren letzten beiden Tagen war das Hotel nahezu ausgebucht und sehr voll.
Es muss den Gästen bewusst sein, dass zu den stark frequentierten Zeiten der Charme des Hotels ein wenig leidet.
Die Lage in Mogan ist ausgezeichnet. Man ist sehr schnell am Hafen und im Ort, wobei man am Hafen ausgezeichnet essen kann.
Freitags gibt es eine Delfintour ab Mogan, die sehr empfehlenswert ist und sich deutlich von anderen Touren abhebt, da es hier sehr große Schulen von heimischen Delfinen gibt und diese recht ungestört leben. So hatten wir das außerordentliche Vergnügen, von hunderten von Bottlenose Delfinen umzingelt zu sein, die am Boot völlig selbstvergessen gespielt und Wettrennen veranstaltet haben. Unbedingt buchen!

estupendo!
Pros:

Ya conocíamos el hotel, y en verdad nos gusta todo, las piscinas, limpiezas, tumbonas, servicios, personal y limpieza de 10, pero la ubicación y el comfort del hotel proporciona unos días de vacaciones estupendos.
