Besutiful hotel and facilities but very disappointing becaus of the standard to the suite.

Beautiful , well kept gardens and excellent pools. The whole place is lovely.

Cons:

Our room. The electrics were shocking, and having taken a look at another room , our suite, which was very expensive had not yet received the refurbishment. There are no laundry facilities other than those offered by the hotel which are very expensive. The room had two safes in the wardrobe blocking hanging space and we would have been charged to use them,
. There are no irons in the rooms,so we had to ring reception to have on delivered, and was informed that we could have it for an hour only.

An exceptional hotel in Puerto Mogan.
Pros:

The pool was wonderful. The surroundings were excellent, especially the gardens, and inside the hall and around the rooms.
We enjoyed the music entertainment in the evening.
The buffet breakfast and dinners were exceptional with so much to choose from.
The staff were all well trained and courteous. Always happy to help. Reception staff were very efficient too.
The bedroom was large and well equipped. Good to have a fridge. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Cons:

Nothing really. Couldn't fault the hotel.
We thought that having to pay for the safe in the room was not really good. It should be in with the price of the hotel.

Pros:

Breakfast was very good with an extensive rage of options. Pools heated and clean, plenty of comfortable loungers.

We have stayed here many times and recommended it to countless others. It is always a pleasure to stay there!
Pros:

Hotel inside and outside is spectacular.
Perfect location for enjoying the charming Puerto de Mogan.
Staff are always really polite and helpful.

Cons:

At times ordering drinks in the piano lounge was very slow with only one iPad for the entire room.

There were some things we loved and others that we were disappointed with.
Pros:

The setting was lovely and the gardens beautiful. Very nice swimming pools. Comfortable bedrooms.

Cons:

The main dining room had no atmosphere, was chaotic, and very noisy. We didn’t think the buffet was very good. Much of the fruit for example was frozen and the meat and fish dry and over cooked. There were always long queues to get your food. If you went to the early dining you had to be out by a certain time which wasn’t relaxing at all. We were celebrating a birthday and asked if we could have a family table in the one breakfast area but were told that it wasn’t possible. Even though it was very quiet when we went every morning. We felt that there was no flexibility.

Nice located hotel with good facilities and enthusiast personnel.
Pros:

We visited this hotel for the 3rd time. The location is perfect, close to the centrum and to the beach. The hotel has a beautiful garden and plants. The pools are heated to 28 C in February , which is exceptional. There is a pool for families where kids can jump and a separate relax pool. Rooms are spacious and beds are super comfortable. Dinner is delicious. The hotel has an entertainment team offering variety of programs (bowling, ping pong, aqua fitness, yoga etc). The team is very enthusiast and friendly!

Cons:

The hotel is getting old ( 22 years) Especially you can see on the bathrooms, they need renovation.
The variety at the breakfast became less versus 2024.
Bowling should be open more.. only 3 days a week and daily 2 hours is not enough!
They ask money for everything. Even to activate the safe in your room 2.6 euro/ day. What will be next? Charing 3 euro/ pillow/ night?
The game-room was previously set for children, but it is now installed with addictive winning machines, absolutely not suitable for kids anymore. These machines should be installed in a separate room and not where kids are also playing.

Pros:

Мы приехали поздно вечером, перед закрытием ресторана, и нас сразу же отправили на ужин, разместив наш багаж в комнате хранения. И только после ужина нас проводили в номер. Номер очень чистый, ежедневная уборка и смена белья. Мы посетили СПА отеля - сначала был массаж антистресс, потом нам сказали, что у нас есть ещё 2 часа на посещение СПА. Очень понравилась зелёная территория отеля - такое разнобразие растений! И конечно "тихий" бассейн. Мы так же немного прошлись по археологической зоне.

Cons:

Находясь в ванной комнате, через окно видно проходящих мимо людей, так же и со стороны прохода, видно силуэты, находящихся в ванной.
При всём разнообразии меню, блюда, приготовленные на месте, не всегда были вкусными. Совершенно не понравилась белая Сангрия (на каве) - фрукты как из компота, вино не оправдало ожиданий.
Напитки на завтрак были бесплатными, в том числе вино и игристые вина. В то время как на ужин за все напитки, включая воду, необходимо было платить (если только проживание не было HB plus). Может отелю стоило бы поменять концепцию - вина перенести на вечер за плату, а для воды на время ужина установить бесплатный кулер-диспенсер?
Возле "тихого" бассейна был слабый сигнал WiFi, постоянно надо было переключаться на мобильный интернет.
