Pool view room booked but was on ground floor same level as pool so didn’t really have a great view, room on higher floor with balcony would be better

Very friendly staff very helpful & the food was good.
Never a sun lounger especially on the roof mostly reserved but never anyone there , we would have stayed in the hotel longer if this wasn't the case .
