Pros:

We had a wonderful stay in an Exclusive Room, which granted us access to the fantastic lounge and rooftop—highly worth it! The room itself was excellent, featuring a private jacuzzi that added a real touch of luxury. Between the great breakfast and the impressive dinner buffet, the food was a highlight. The location is perfect: close to the airport, central to everything, and packed with entertainment options. Don't miss the massage; it was a highlight of our trip!

Overall happy but at the same time disappointed I would only stay again if I was guaranteed a room on either the top or

Good food selection and drinks reasonably priced

Cons:

No plug in sink, room to dark needs more lights. Paid for a pool view I was in room 236 and could only see the pool if I was standing up plus no sun until 3 o’clock

It was my first holiday without my husband so my brother came with me and we found it very relaxing

Lovely staff and good food all in all great spot

It’s was lovely hotel staff so nice and place was spotless the only thing is flooring in hallways to rooms needs updating it lets the place down you immediately think it’s dirty when it’s the complete opposite the hotel is spotless and the breakfast is unreal theres something for everybody will be back
