Pros:

Perfect location to explore the rest of Venice and be just far enough away from the big crowds. And the air conditioning in the hotel was fantastic during a very hot stay in Venice. Beautiful decor and great staff!

Hotellet låg helt fantastiskt och miljön på hotellet var jättefin. Vi fick ett jättefint bemötande av alla som arbetade där. Jag återvänder gärna till det här hotellet om jag kommer till Venedig igen.

Die Lage ist in Ordnung und das Personal sehr bemüht und freundlich.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist absoluter Standard genauso wie die Zimmer (trotz des Namen Suite).
Bedauerlicherweise gab es an einem Tag lein warmes Wasser mehr.

We had a fabulous stay, would recommend.
Pros:

Convenient location but also out of the way enough to feel more private. A beautiful well maintained palazzo with large bedrooms. Felt very grand! The staff were all very accommodating.

Luxurious stay where you can comfortably sleep and eat like a king!

TV channels, could not watch World Cup.

Ca'Vendramin is Venice's hidden gem!
Pros:

Ca'Vendramin Zago is perfectly located. It's tucked away from the hustle and bustle, yet easily accessible to all Venice has to offer. It's just steps away from Restaurants and Strada Nova, the main street in Cannaregio offers so much shopping! The hotel is housed in a stunning historic 17th-century building. It has been beautifully preserved and restored. We stayed at Ca' Vendramin to celebrate our 38th wedding anniversary. When we arrived we were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine and treats. Every night a treat was left on our table; cookies or chocolate to complete the day! I can't say enough about the staff, everyone was so welcoming. Alessandro and Live went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and offered suggestions for local eateries as well as excursions. I appreciate that they let me practice my Italian too! The breakfast and coffee was a perfect way to start the day. Again, I can't say enough about Ca'Vendramin. If you are looking for a magical place to stay in Venice away from the hustle and bustle, then Ca'Vendramin is for you...thank you Alessandro and Live, we hope to be back to stay with you soon...
