Lovely room. Balcony with view over two canals. Nice sofa.
Small bathroom.
Located in a calmer but still vibrant and lovely area. Charming and helpful staff. Comfy, big bed. Well appointed with a kettle etc. Obviously expensive like all Venice accommodation.
Breakfast was definitely underwhelming. I think a place of this class should at least be offering fresh-cooked omelettes or scrambled eggs.
Excelente hotel y palazzo. La atención del todo el staff del hotel excelente. Habitación cómoda y baño impecable, desayuno al mismo nivel. Muy buena ubicación. 👌
No tengo quejas.
Great location, close by key places but also out of the busy streets

Lovely hotel and helpful staff. Great position in quiet area and good buffet breakfast.
We loved the history behind the hotel. Our room was decorated extravagantly with a Doge vibe. The windows that opened to the canal side were lovely, and the staff was very courteous and helpful. It is located in an area with good restaurants and is about a 20-minute walk to St. Mark's Square.
The shower in the room is tiny, though it can be made collapsible for more space. It is easy to make a mess! However, the freestanding tub outside of the toilet room is a bonus.
Great location. Elegant building dating to the glory days of Venice.
Bathroom crowded with little space for storing toiletries.
Great location just outside the bustle of Venice
Great location, beautiful room overlooking the canal. Very stylishly decorated.
All the staff were really great, helpful and cheery, especially the lady that prepared breakfasts. However one of the reception staff was very rude to me, in front of other guests, when I made a simple mistake.
Wir hatten ein super Wochenende! Die Unterkunft ist praktisch vom Flughafen erreichbar und in einer netten nicht allzu touristischen Gegend gelegen. Das Hotel selbst ist super schön in einem alten Palazzo erbaut.
Delighted with our hotel in Venice. Not the easiest city to pick a hotel when visiting for the first time, but I can highly recommend this one
Beautiful hotel in a lovely location in Venice. We loved everything about it. We stayed in the Junior Suite and it was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The buffet breakfast was very nice with a great selection to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Nothing! It was perfect!
