Great reception desk staff !! Good place to stay
Pros:

The best part was a member of the reception staff ( Dorothy) . She was friendly and extremely helpful. She gave us suggestions on what to do in Split and set up transportation back to the airport.
The hotel is pleasant with good A/C and a buffet breakfast . A good value

Хорошее расположение отеля. Приветливый и внимательный персонал. Везде было чисто. Номер просторный, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Удобная кровать и подушки, приятное постельное бельё.
Завтрак просто отличный, большой выбор блюд на любой вкус. Особенно приятно было, что девушка из Украины на завтраке предложила мне приготовить кофе. Это оставило очень хорошее впечатление.
Рекомендую этот отель. 👍

Cons:

При бронировании отеля было указано, что парковка бесплатная, но по факту она оказалась платной — 15 € в сутки. Такие несоответствия неприятны.
В коридоре возле моего номера, напротив туалета, на потолке почти отваливается светильник. Надеюсь, это исправят в ближайшее время.
Для полного комфорта было бы неплохо добавить в номер тапочки и халат.
В целом отель понравился, а замечания легко устранить 👍

Double check your requests: When we checked in, we asked the woman at the reception if we could get the same room tonight (the one we paid for out of pocket) and also the next night (the one Intrepid booked for us). She wrote a note and said will tell her manager. The next day we went out to see the city. When we got back our room was being cleaned and our items were packed downstairs near the reception. I guess the manager never received the note we saw the night lady write down. We were eventually given the same room that we were originally in, then we had to unpack and find our items they packed.

Pros:

Hotel not that far away from old town. The most direct path is in fact just under 15 mins, google maps shows a complicated detour. 20 mins to the port/bus station/train station. The location is just 5 mins from the loxal bus station with connection to Trogir/the airport. The room was quite large, nice breakfast with an extensive selection.
Quite a couple of restaurants are also close. Costwise more affordable than old town but also not very cheap.
