very clean, quiet location, very nice staff at front desk, comfortable bed

Cons:

the rooms temp was very cold when we walked in, understandable as it’s winter, but to heat up required a very loud fan next to bed, and when we went to turn temp to sleep temperature then air conditioning kicked in. Had to turn thermostat off, then wake up to turn back on when room got to cold, thus again sleeping next to loud fan.

Clean, quiet, but uncomfortable living space
Pros:

Front desk staff very friendly, rooms nice and large inside, location fine

Cons:

The furniture in our suite was insufficient and very uncomfortable. No couch in living space, only desk chair and very uncomfortable modular love seat. And although living space is huge, no small dining table w chair to sit . Also no chair in bedroom , just a very high king bed. I expect better from Marriot.

Perfect for the purpose that we were here for
Pros:

Easy location near the university campus we were here to bring our daughter to visit. Chico State facility was clean. Staff was friendly.

Pros:

Everything was excellent. Other than my room was right next to the cleaning staffs closet where they keep all their supplies. And early morning it sounded like they were banging on my wall really loud. It almost sounded like they were doing construction on there and trying to come through the wall. Since I had gone to bed really late, was hoping I would have been able to sleep in. But that was not going to happen.
