The tub needs to be replaced because unable to remove hard scum in the bottom otherwise everything was fine

Th3 room was clean and big
The night clerk was rude and short with me while checking in.
The room was clean, tidy, and smelled clean upon arrival. Bed was comfortable, in-room whirlpool was clean and inviting. Spacious bathroom and room.
The pool and hot tub were unavailable and closed for maintenance, NOTHING ONLINE indicated that these amenities/ facilities WERE NON FUNCTIONING/ INOPERABLE/ CLOSED!
IT'S 04/23/2026.. THERE'S NO free breakfast. I personally do not believe they should be charging over $210/ night for no pool & hot tub, no breakfast especially due to the fact that THERE'S NO WAY TO KNOW WHEN BOOKING IN ADVANCE that the most desired facilities/ amenities Aren't functioning or available to paying guests!
Nice, quiet and comfortable
The fact that the indoor pool was closed
very clean, quiet location, very nice staff at front desk, comfortable bed
the rooms temp was very cold when we walked in, understandable as it’s winter, but to heat up required a very loud fan next to bed, and when we went to turn temp to sleep temperature then air conditioning kicked in. Had to turn thermostat off, then wake up to turn back on when room got to cold, thus again sleeping next to loud fan.
Front desk staff very friendly, rooms nice and large inside, location fine
The furniture in our suite was insufficient and very uncomfortable. No couch in living space, only desk chair and very uncomfortable modular love seat. And although living space is huge, no small dining table w chair to sit . Also no chair in bedroom , just a very high king bed. I expect better from Marriot.
Easy location near the university campus we were here to bring our daughter to visit. Chico State facility was clean. Staff was friendly.
