Overall, the stay offered excellent service and comfort except restaurant.
Pros:

Very high-end hotel with outstanding service quality. Service across all departments is professional, courteous, and discreet — the staff are attentive without being intrusive, maintaining an excellent standard of hospitality throughout.
The suites are quiet and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. However, I would recommend paying closer attention to the room view when booking. In our case, a Superior category room overlooked the inner courtyard, including the staff parking area and technical building facilities. In my opinion, this does not meet the expectations typically associated with this room category.
The spa area is spacious and well-equipped, offering everything needed for a truly relaxing experience.

Cons:

The 8th-floor restaurant, however, left a somewhat contradictory impression. Its concept noticeably clashes with the overall elegance of the hotel. Purple LED lighting and loud, club-style music create an atmosphere that feels disconnected from the refined tone maintained elsewhere in the property.
Unfortunately, the food quality did not justify the pricing or expectations. The menu felt conceptually unclear — positioned somewhere between sushi and modern Asian cuisine interpretations — while the prices were disproportionately high in relation to the quality offered (five dumplings for 20 EUR; the shrimp tasted overcooked; the duck leg was dry at 28 EUR).
It was particularly surprising to learn that the restaurant received Michelin recognition in 2025 and 2026. For lunch or dinner, I would therefore recommend exploring truly excellent restaurants outside the hotel.
On a positive note, the restaurant service itself was professional and attentive, leaving a very good impression.
