Rooms well appointed. Hotel well located. Breakfast was good. Spa was good.

Cons:

Bit surprised by staff. We had a 6.40 am flight so checked out early. Person behind desk did not help my wife with her luggage and forgot to give us the take away breakfast we had ordered. Also I had asked for a restaurant reservation and heard nothing more about it, but that may been due to my confusion as to where the confirmation had been left.

Pros:

Приятная спокойная атмосфера, приветливый заботливый персонал - душки. Классный спа, вода не пахнет хлоркой, хорошие бани, и очень удобный сервис. На процедуре была приятная спа терапевт. Везде полотенца, напитки, тапочки, халатики. Прям комфортная забота. Еда довольно вкусная, и завтрак и ресторан на крыше. Вид красивый из окон и крыши. А так, все эстетично, комфортно, удобно, приятно. Клевое воздушное одеяло. В номере, было тихо, адекватный кондиционер. Публика в отеле адекватная. Еще много мелких приятных плюсов: большой мягкий халат(обычно они в отелях супер слим), водичкой приносили в номер, и тд. Удобное местоположение.

Cons:

Не было в туалете ни туалетного душа, ни беде, ни японского унитаза, спасла влажная туалетная бумага. Фен для волос, еле живой, плохо сушит. Подушки для меня чрезмерно мягкие, а матрас на грани комфорта из-за жестокости. Не было зубной щетки и пасты, но нам принесли. В спа через раз включались пузырьки, я так и не разгадала их секрет. Но это, мелочи, в целом мне понравилось, я еще вернусь.

Wonderful Stay at Kempinski Riga – Highly Recommended!
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at the Kempinski Riga, where we felt truly happy and exceptionally well taken care of from the very beginning. The communication with the concierge before our arrival was impeccable — they recommended and booked all the restaurants we wanted.
Check-in was very fast, and we were amazed by the size of the rooms when we arrived. We had one Deluxe Suite, one Deluxe Room, and one Superior Room. All of them were very spacious and beautifully decorated. Choosing the Deluxe Suite was a great decision, as it became the perfect gathering place for the whole family.
Our travel agent had mentioned that this was a family trip to celebrate my 60th birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a beautiful welcome: a cake, sweets, fresh fruit, and champagne. It was a very thoughtful gesture.
One detail that pleasantly surprised me was finding a Dyson hairdryer in the room — such a nice touch!
The breakfast was excellent, the housekeeping team was invisible but always kept the rooms spotless and tidy, and they performed the turndown service punctually every evening.
The hotel has a privileged location right in front of the Opera House and a beautiful park, in the heart of the Old Town.
Staying at the Kempinski Riga was truly a pleasure. I recommend it without hesitation — we will definitely return to enjoy this beautiful city again.
It’s worth paying the extra for an Opera View!

Fabulous hotel. Worth the price.
Pros:

This hotel was exceptional in every way. The room was large and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect, right across from the main park and the Opera House. Our park view was so relaxing. Every staff member that we encountered was completely helpful and friendly.
