Amazing 🤩 and memorable !

It was Gorgeous and the staff was amazing ! Our first time at Kempinski as we always stay at the four seasons , mandarin oriental after this trip I have added Kempinski to the list as it was luxurious and flawless ✨

A superb location in the heart of this beautiful city, lovely staff, a fitness centre and swimming pool – and, above all, a range of saunas and other treatments that are truly outstanding.

Cons:

Two minor suggestions: 1) A towel warmer would be welcome in the bathroom at a hotel with a swimming pool and sauna. 2) During major sporting events such as the 2026 World Cup, it is true that a sports channel allowing guests to follow the competition would be appreciated (there are, incidentally, all the international news channels available).
