Praktycznie wszystko było na znakomitym poziomie . Począwszy od pierwszego kontaktu z personelem recepcji , Panem , króry zajął się naszym samochodem oraz walizkami , a przede wszystkim z "Lady in Red "Viktoriją , która w sposób bardzo miły i profesjonalny , a przede wszystkim " indywidualny " wprowadziła nas do miejsca naszego 4-dniowego pobytu. Pokój De Lux miał wszystkie udogodnienia , które były potrzebne . Docenialiśmy bardzo wszechobecnie , piękne wykładziny podłogowe oraz doskonałe wyciszenie pokojów. Serwis sprzątający idealny - niewidoczny , ale działający natychmiast po załączeniu "zielonego" znaku , pozostawiając pokój i łazienkę w dokonałym stanie. Śniadanie , szczególnie ich pora / do godz. 11.00 , w soboty i niedziele do 14.00/ na wyśmienitym poziomie - tak dania- ciepłe , przygotowane na zamówienie , jak i te gotowe w bufecie . Miłym akcentem na śniadaniu jest też dobre wino musujące z Hiszpanii - CAVA . Obsługa na śniadaniu perfekcyjna. Korzystaliśmy też z kolacji w restauracji Stage 22 - dania świetne , ale myślę , tej klasy restaurację powiniem obsługiwać jednak ktoś bardziej doświadczony......
A co było dla nas najważniejsze - że czuliśmy bardzo dużą życzliwość do pobytu naszego psa !!!! / Jedzenie zamówione dla niego też bardzo mu smakowało /.
Bardzo też miły był prezent od Hotelu w ostatni wieczór naszego pobytu - butelka CAVY , a przede wszystkim ręcznie napisana kartka z życzeniami . Bardzo dziękujemy.
Szkoda tylko , że nasz pobyt był tak krótki ....
