Das Hotel war funktional. Es gab keine besonderen Highlights.

Nie wieder

Klimaanlage inklusive – so lautet die Beschreibung. Die Realität: zentral gesperrt, nicht nutzbar. Die Heizung läuft unkontrolliert durch, lässt sich nicht abstellen, die Zimmer sind kaum auszuhalten. Wir waren zu fünft – drei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder – und haben eine Nacht im Schwitzen verbracht, während draußen LKWs den letzten Rest Schlaf zunichte gemacht haben.

Mitten in der Nacht um 02:40 Uhr haben wir um Hilfe gebeten. Versprechen: morgen neue Zimmer. Realität: bis 14:00 Uhr hat sich niemand gemeldet – kein Anruf, keine Mail, kein Klopfen an der Tür. Einfach ignoriert.

Wir mussten selbst handeln, das Hotel verlassen und eine neue Unterkunft auf eigene Kosten buchen. Die zweite Nacht, die wir bereits bezahlt hatten, wurde selbstverständlich nicht erstattet. Eine Entschuldigung der Verantwortlichen? Nie erhalten.

Hier geht es nicht um ein Missverständnis. Hier wird mit falschen Angaben geworben, werden Gäste bei Problemen bewusst hingehalten – und am Ende zur Kasse gebeten. Das ist gierig, das ist respektlos, und das sollte sich kein Gast gefallen lassen.

Meide dieses Hotel.

Freundliches Personal. Zimmer sehr ordentlich und in gutem Zustand. Verkehrsgünstig. In 35 min in Innenstadt mit Tram. Kostenlose Parkplätze gegenüber.

Pobyt choć tylko na jedną noc bardzo udany. Przy następnym postoju wrócę tu napewno.
Pros:

Śniadania super super dobre, było właściwie wszystko. Obsługa bardzo miła, nawet w czasie śniadania podchodziła z zapytaniem czy wszystko gra. Pani na recepcji potrafiła tak wszystko wytłumaczyć, że nie znając języka można się było fajnie dogadać. W hotelu czyściutko. W łazience nawet lustro obrotowe. Darmowy parking i dobry zjazd z autostrady.

No może winda trochę kołysała, ale to nie wina hotelu
