Pros:

Die Lage Umgebung Dresden gut anzufahren, Dresden S-Bahn vor der Haustür, Innenstadt ohne PKW bequem zu erreichen. Preis Leistung gut Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit.

Cons:

nächste mal ein Zimmer mit Dusche buchen ,
Wannen Dusche nicht Zeitgemäß und nicht gerade ungefährlich.

Service am Frühstück war unfreundlich, wir haben uns nicht willkommen gefühlt, ich habe nach Kaffee gefragt und wurde unfreundlich zu den Tisch gebeten, es wird ans Tisch gebracht , am nächsten Tag haben wir das Schild ,, reserviert,, übersehen , über uns wurde erst gelästert dann gebeten einen anderen Tisch auszusuchen . Eigentlich Service Kraft an Rezeption war sehr freundlich und die Lage ist top. Service Kraft beim Frühstücken alles kaputt gemacht, leider. Wir kommen nicht mehr wieder und würden nicht weiter empfehlen.

Cons:

Voor 4 sterren hotel geen koffie en theefaciliteiten op de kamer. Het was heel erg warm op de hotelkamer. Blijkbaar werkte de airco niet.

Sehr nettes Personal. Helfen in allen Situationen. Geben gute Hinweise zu Unternehmungen und Verkehrsanbindungen. Gute Lage. Gute Verkehrsanbindungen. Straßenbahn und Bus direkt vor dem Hotel. Kostenloses Parken im Parkhaus direkt am Hotel. Gute Gastronomie direkt am Hotel.

Pros:

Problemloser Check in, Personal immer freundlich und bemüht,( mein spezieller Zimmerwunsch wurde bis jetzt bei jeder Buchung erfüllt, nochmals vielen lieben Dank dafür)
Für mich am wichtigsten:Bus und Straßenbahn hält vorm Haus, in 30 Minuten im Zentrum ohne Umsteigen,überdachtes Parken möglich, gut von außerhalb erreichbar
