Pros:

Everything at the hotel was exceptional - from hospitality to food to service. No complaints. We even ended up extending our stay by a day - just because everything at the hotel was so perfect!

Niche, Beautiful, Functional, Grear View and a very well run hotel
Pros:

Not much of a fan of Raddison Frenchise. The moment we entered the lobby, it became clear this was different and a very aesthetically designed, niche hotel. Our four days stay here confirmed the hotel's pursuit of excellence in all aspects. Always attentive and sensitized and trained to give the guests a happy and rich experience.

The hotel has created a huge terrace overlooking the hills and the valley right outside the large dining room. Families hung around here enjoying the live guitar and singing in the evenings. Many guests were up early in the morning enjoying their cutting chai with the valley view. The Decor of the Room was pleasing and very functional. Across the hotel, each carpet selected looked a special picking. Many areas had niche seating.
An electrical Vhair for the old to navigate two short flights of steps was very thoughtful.

One of the interesting aspects for me was the tremendous Team Work visible. It was fun to see the chef coming out and checking the banquet and talking to the guests and his own staff.

All in all, a great stay, great view from our room and the terrace, very affable and cheerful staff - great attention to details. Would love to stay here gain should we return to Shimla. Cheers for the Delhi Family that continues to run the hotel itself.

There were a lot of problems with the hotel room, 1st the hotel room floor was very slippery for a wooden room. The room size was very small for it to be a suite. The extra bedding that they got is broke in the middle of the night and my dad almost hurt himself. The door of the balcony got jammed, and we had to literally shift rooms after a 12 hour journey because the room was such a mess.

Pros:

Size and view from room was very good. Very few people at breakfast or dinner so was a little worried buffet might have sat out too long.

Cons:

Room smelt of smoking particularly the curtaining but was too tired to ask to change rooms as only stayed one night.
TV Remote instructions do not make clear you have to turn the box on by underneath the shelf, had to call someone to ask.

Beautiful hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was excellent. Except paratha , fresh and to order! Location was great too and the views were amazing!

Cons:

The room was very cold and we paid for an upgraded Bigger room and then a smaller room, the night VIP room was cold. The aircon did not work to make the room hotter. Eventually the hotel did bring a physical heater. But it needed to be on 24/7 to make the room warmer.

The spa was good, however again was absolutely freezing. Both me and my mum went and they only had one heater. So I ended up shivering during my massage…… which wasn’t great.
