I had a very pleasant stay at the Radisson Hotel, Shimla. The staff were exceptionally polite and always eager to help. The rooms were clean, and the food was good. However, the bathroom felt a bit outdated and could use an upgrade. Overall, I was happy with my stay and would recommend this hotel.
Spa was costly and breakfast was good.

Internet had little issue on the last day
Faucets were blocked and bidet was leaky throughout my stay. Staff were very welcoming and cordial.
Some breakfast items were not up to the mark, cold or not well prepared.

Staff was excellent. Sometimes the Shuttle was not available for pickup.
Our stay at the Radisson was really disappointing. While there were some minor issues like the room was stinking when we went in, there a few major issues 1) The floor was very very slippery and the rug didn't cover the whole area, so we fell/almost fell multiple times 2) The base of our Kettle in our room was FILLED with Fungus.
When I then called to inform them, there was no apology from the manager, and he was just like: we'll change your room if thats what you want. I was really frustrated with his answer.
The front desk staff and the service staff were courteous and nice, but the overall experience was very disappointing.
Excellent location with fantastic staff
It was ok. A large property and I felt like I was the only one there. Service is friendly but slow. It’s a bit of a walk to the Mall Rd - but the shuttle is handy. No gym/fitness centre and the pool is isn’t heated. Overall an OK stay. I didn’t love it, but it wasn’t bad

Amazing staff. Very helpful. Everyone was so welcoming and nice. They would always greet you with a smile. For me it was time well spent. The free shuttle service to the Mall Road was cherry on the cake.

It was very conveniently located for my purpose. My room was nice and had a fabulous view. The food in the cafe was also very nice with excellent service. The only downside of staying there was getting around to my room or lobby, having to use two elevators, etc. A little confusing but it worked out overall.
