Pros:

這次旅程入住別館，沒有電梯。房間空間足夠，整潔。交通方便。但是這個地理位置在晚上會有不少喝醉的人，需要注意安全。

別館に泊まらせて頂きました。
エレベーターがなかったので三階までキャリーケースを運ぶのは少し大変でしたが、まあ行きと帰りの2回だけなので！でも年配の方だったら大変かな？とは思いました。
部屋は清掃が行き届いておりとても清潔感がありました。ツインルームに泊まりましたが、丁度よい広さでした。あと小さなテーブルでも1つあれば良かったかなとは感じましたが、このお値段での宿泊なら十分くらいの総合評価です！
駅からも近く、周辺には韓国料理店も多く不自由なく過ごせました。また次も機会があれば利用したいと思いました！

湯沸かしポットのスイッチが壊れていた。壁が激薄で、音がほぼ筒抜けです。
鍵も防犯性ほぼゼロのタンブラー錠オンリーなので、女性御一人のご利用は避けた方が妥当。
まあ、お値段なりと考えば妥当ですが、本当に「お値段なり」ですので、そこをご理解頂ける方のみご利用されるのが良いかと。

設計上どうにもならない点だとは思いますが、玄関開けて直ぐに洗面台は嫌でした。単純に土足とスリッパの境がない感じ。
全体的に清掃が行き届いてなくて清潔感のない印象でした。別館を予約しましたが写真とは程遠いです。

スタッフの対応、清潔さは問題ありませんでした...が、テレビが映らない、Wi-Fiがパスワードで弾かれる、ウォシュレットが動かない等、設備が最悪でした。これでお湯が出なかったら古き良きバックパッカー宿ですが、シャワーは立ちシャワーながら水流も強く良かったです。
