I will never stay
Pros:

Just outside building

Cons:

Room was really smelly. We didn’t stay there at all. They refused to refund us so our driver stayed there 1 night. It wasn’t very nice hotel. Very disappointed

Rude staff would not recommend to no one
Pros:

It was clean

Cons:

The staff was very rude ordered breakfast never got it after a hour walked out. Staff just laughed to face complained to reception they did not care.

It could be better
Pros:

Breakfast was good and they sent in the room as per my request aa I was traveling with a 7 month old baby

Cons:

I booked a king size bed but not given that
They didn't even given me a choice just alloted a room not even showed any other option

Noisy can hear every sound. Clean and friendly.
Pros:

Breakfast was average. Hot but small selections.
Staff were friendly.
Place was clean .

Cons:

Staff NOT coming up to you and asking what drink you would like or informing us of hot drinks available. As hot drinks we’re managed by the staff. This is breakfast time.
On a daily basis I had to ask staff for certain things for my room. No one ever got back to me. Next day I chased and only then I got the answer.
The noise was extremely loud. I am a light sleeper and prior to my stay I asked for a quiet room. I never got the email reply back.
If the hotel is using it for party’s etc this should be noted on the website because my stay was for medical treatment and I needed my rest.

Dirty hotel poor staff attitude
Pros:

The hotel staff were not particularly helpful or friendly, on arrival they did check me in swiftly however upon reaching my room it was sub standard and the bathroom smelt of urine and not clean, very run down. Breakfast was ok but had to ask several times for items that hadn’t been replaced.

Just the Location

Cons:

The room allotted to me has seepage issues
Dustbin in the bathroom was broken
The television remote cover was broken
The bathroom glass facing towards the bedroom had stains
There was iron placed in the room, requested for one which came after reminders and that also didn’t work and was broken
No Hair Dryer in the room
No bathroom slippers
On double occupancy one one tea cup was placed on the room
Ordered for tea during breakfast which took ages to come and even after reminders no one came back to inform how much time will it take.
Breakfast spread it very basic
Very bad experience - Front office mentioned that don’t have change and finally managed to arrange with 10
Rupees less.
Being a hotelier for 18 years this is worse service to experience.
Not at all value for money.
Will not recommend
