The employees were really nice. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect .
That they closed the pool right after we checked in with no kind of explanation. The breakfast area really needs to be updated. The food was great but the cabinets are in really bad shape. There was one that the doors were barely hanging on

Room & cleaning staff nice
No syrup , amongst other condiments. Evening staff acted as though we were bothering when we interacted with them.
The pool, the staff the evening guy is amazing very nice and is very patient and goes above and beyond at resolving issues
218, when I got in there I had to make one of the beds.and there was trash and the toilet was backed up. In 224 there was a 6 pk of empty beer cans in the cabinet

The updates were very nice.
The room was NOT very clean. There was hair left in the bathtub from the prior stay, the floors were dirty and sticky. There were handprints on the walls. Leftover food in the fridge. The halls had a smell. The elevator obviously wasn’t kept maintained as it took forever to close and function.
