It is a nice place in Deira for short or long stays.
Easy to get to subway, airport and City Center Mall.
Just be aware, Deira is a bit dated area.
It was a wonderful place to stay. I enjoyed every bit of it. I will always come back there since it’s easy access to everywhere in Dubai.
Average service staff and esthetic
You should include in the indications for check-in to bring your passport
Friendly staff and good location.
Air conditioner not working. Telephone also. Room service forgetting to refill coffee (two capsules in 4 days).
The staff are great and very professional, and Hatim from sales is a really great guy who will go the extra mile to help you.

The location is great, right across from a nice mall with a food court and western shops. It's a short (less than 10 minutes) to the airport.
The room, however, was small and dingy. There was a green light shining all night in the hallway and we didn't have any hot water.
Only two metro stops to the airport - it took 15 mins from check out at this hotel to check in at the airport! Rooms are nice and equipped with a mini kitchenette. But there are also lots of cheap eats around the hotel and you are also opposite the Deira Centre Mall.
The place is good especially its location where is next to City Centre Deira. Staff are helpful and friendly.

City Seasons Suites were recently renovated, though the workmanship was a bit average, from grouting left behind in the bathroom to low water pressure and the sound of relay pumps behind the walls. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows likewise. My biggest shout out goes to the Housekeeping staff (Sahan's team), who were excellent and really looked after me. Joyce and Aye on the front desk were always kind and helpful, with Jawad, the Front of House Manager, always on the ball. Jawad tried his best to accommodate me and was unfailingly kind and attentive, even during his busy periods. Thank you. I really liked the hotel rooms and staff, the only let down being the light skimping on the renovation construction elements. The location is excellent, with the Metro, Deira City Centre and taxis being very accessible. ATMs are within 100 m of the hotel. The wait staff in the restaurant were very kind and attentive, especially Medina. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will certainly return.
