Pros:

The staff were cordial and helpful. Our kitchenette suite had a lovely view and plenty of space for our five person family. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. They were quite busy off and on but we made it work. Included breakfast was amazing!

Decent place for off season, wouldn’t pay inflated cost in high season
Pros:

Heated pool in winter was a bonus. Rooms were spacious and well laid out. Good cocktails at the lounge

Cons:

Rooms, hallways and lobbies seemed rough. Broken window at the end of the hallway. Covid protection signs on social distancing still up. Giant white stains on couch.

We did not stay long enough to enjoy the amenities of the pool and restaurant.

Excellent location, excellent food, excellent pool, excellent stay!
Pros:

This property was absolutely beautiful. There are two pools - one for families (with a water slide) and one for adults. This is such a great idea - as a parent, it's really nice to know that the kids can play and be loud, and that adults who don't want to be disturbed have somewhere to go to relax, and we won't be bothering them. Plus the family pool still has a hot tub, so parents don't have to just wade around, and can still relax. The restaurant was also fantastic - excellent menu with creative dishes that was a bit of an indigenous fusion concept that worked very well. The rooms were also very well appointed, and parking was not a problem. I'm very much looking forward to staying here again.

Cons:

The kid's pool and water slide is all at your own risk, which I think is fine, but the water slide doesn't open until 10, which is 3 hours after the pool opens. I don't really understand the reason for this, since there aren't life guards any way, and it meant our kid couldn't use it on our last day, which was a bit disappointing. This is a very minor note though, and obviously it didn't make a big impact on our overall experience.
