Vineyard view villa.
Pros:

We booked a 2 bed unit (Sumac 443) but on arrival we considered the lounge / dining / kitchen area too small for 4 adults and two children and upgraded to a two bed villa (Merlot 13 A). The villa was spacious, had a lovely vineyard outlook and was well equipped. Beds were very comfortable and the central location was great. We very much enjoyed the on site winery and its bistro. The children loved the pool and water slide.

Cons:

Floors were vacuumed but did not appear to have been washed efficiently until we asked. Dishwashing liquid was a small quantity and not replenished daily. Patio table was very unstable. An air fryer would be a great addition! No need for the overlarge stove.

We had a good time with our grandchildren but would not go back here.
Pros:

The unit was nice and large with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Cons:

The whole complex looks tired. Lots of painting and upgrading needs to be done. The kitchens are very used and poorly stocked. The pools are poor, crowded and very shallow - they only go to 4 feet deep even the adult pool.

Pros:

Overall the location was good. Nice and quiet

Cons:

We had 5 people living in the room and paid for such, but the hotel only provided 4 sets of towels and pillows. When asked for another, it took over 2h for it to arrive. The bath gel ran out even after housekeeping was done. It took another hour for replacement.

The hot water for the tub was brown even after letting it run for more than 10min.

Wished there was more than 1 available charger for EVs. The other 2 were broken and from the looks of it, seems to be down for a while. When asked about it, the front desk seems annoyed by the ask.
