Very Bad
Did not return my calls. Stay in a cold outside
Nothing i showed up already paid no-one was there wait long time had to get another motel
Everything the worst hotel would not even give it to my worst enemy
Good location, clean room, comfortable bed, reasonable price.
Interesting that there isn't someone there for check in/ check out. You go into the office and call, and program the key card yourself. Can be a little off putting if you don't expect it but works fine.
There was no breakfast, office was locked most of the time I was there! Customer service was non existing! Had to sign ourselves in, no one at front desk. Trash was never picked up, I made my own bed every morning. On the phone, was told motel was full, but three of us were there and stated we had paid for rooms. Finally, we were told how to sign in and receive a key card, and got rooms. Rooms were clean and fine, although decor was probably 20 years old. Don't bother to represent this place.
See above!
The room was very clean.
There was no one at the office, either in the evening or morning and the instructions for getting into the room were not clear. A sign says to call a number. There’s a phone on the counter so I used that, naturally. It did nothing. Finally realized I had to use my cell phone. Then I reached someone.
There is no chair in the room nor luggage racks for suitcases. Plenty of room for both.
It was close to the venue we were going to an event we attended.
The room was clean but worn the hair dryer that was wall mounted did not work the bed linens were worn, no on- site staffing very little communication between staff members. We requested towels and supplies for the room ( towels wash clothes hand towels facial tissues and coffee for morning Friday A.M. never arrived until I requested again on Saturday A.M. leaving us no clean towels or wash cloths when we returned Friday night at 11;30 P.M.
Had no room for us upon arrival. Booked well and paid in advance and still no room. No one on site to assist. Everything done via telephone with the so called reservation mgr. I've never experienced such a
Mickey Mouse" operation. Cancelled my reservation and requested a full refund. Never, never again!!
Location good, parking outside the room.
Check in a nightmare, no one on the desk just gave two phone numbers to ring which both went to voicemail. After 10 minutes we started shouting if anyone was there as could hear someone upstairs but no success. Just kept ringing the numbers and eventually someone answered and told us the rooms we had booked 10 months ago only one was available so could we accept a different room! What choice did we have?! Anyway we had to book ourselves in over the phone and get swipe cards for room entry, that was not straight forward but got there in the end. Both rooms had an unpleasant smell , mattresses needed replacing and one looked in need of renovation but for one night it had to do but would not stay there again . On a positive note rooms were clean and nice towels. Office locked when we went to check out so left cards in the room
Room seemed very clean. Small refrig was helpful. One of two mattresses was too soft - caused back problems. The other mattress (used on second night) was good. Shower water pressure and temperature were good. Condition of the linens was very good. Room was quiet.
Written clarification that WiFi password is not required would have been helpful. Checkout time may have been noted somewhere but I couldn't locate it to confirm. Minor thing - TV remote needed new batteries. There wasn't a bedside outlet for charging phone, but that's understandable in an older building.
no breakfast service. Ate across the street at the Rose Diner.
Check in was by cell phone, not in person.
Location
Bedding uncomfortable, only two small pillows for a king bed, mattress awful. AC either too high or no cooling, TV wasn’t working, off the wall. Light switch for bathroom outside of bathroom around a wall. Extremely disappointing.
Very clean, loved the room, very spacious
Wifi signal was terrible
Door lining was ripped
Location and price
Ancient. Mattresses had to be 20 years old. All around kinda yucky.
1Nothing!!
Being clean, having staff, and also an ice machine
We were literally in route to the Berkshires when I got a call from The Pilgrim Inn canceling our reservations for that night and the same day. Everything else was booked as it was a holiday weekend and they left us stranded!
Nothing on the website compares with reality.
Don't ask!
I have stayed at this Inn several times over the years with the last time being about 6 years ago. I am saddened on how much the property has declined. It is in a great location (just off the highway) With some investment it could be a really nice American place to stay.
Virtual Check in as it took a while to get a hold of someone. I also did not like the idea of not knowing how to get a hold of someone if i needed someone or there was a problem
Shower backed up
Overall room very very run down
We did not wind up staying. Required multiple calls to get someone to check us in. Required re-key because the door would not open and almost had to have it done a third time. The TV only got the Smithsonian channel and could not be changed. We could not get any hot water after running the water for 10 minutes. Finished our trip rather than waiting for the next day.
There was not anyone in the office when we checked in. We had to call a number to get instructions on how to program our key cards for our room.
