Un séjour de bien-être et de détente
Pros:

J ai beaucoup aimé le hall d' accueil ainsi que 4 ascenseurs, surtout que ma chambre était au 10e étage avec une vue imprenable..

Cons:

La lenteur de la réception du fait qu il n y avait qu une femme seule

Très bon hôtel
Pros:

Très bien situé dans le centre touristique d agadir. Chambre confortable, propre et spacieuse avec balcon vue sur l'océan. Petit déjeuner copieux. Personnel très agréable

Le confort de la chambre et l’espace piscine

Cons:

Nous sommes venu en parti pour le spa, qui était en rénovation, nous n’avons pas été prévenu avant notre arrivée…., il y avait aussi des événements prévu par l.hôtel, là aussi nous n‘avons eu aucune informations à l’arrivée, il y a un manque de communication entre le personnel, nous avons été dérangé 3/4 fois pour la même chose, alors que celle ci était réglé dès la première fois.

Pros:

Pas mal de choix au petit déjeuner, la propreté des chambres, le bagagiste et ascensoriste, les 3 piscines + le jacuzzi, les animations en journée et en soirée au bar.

Cons:

Le spa était malheureusement en rénovation donc pas pu en profiter mais tout le reste était parfait !

Pros:

Room was incredible. Confortable, good shower, amazing location and view. Good breakfast and clean room.

Cons:

Elevators were a bit slow on getting to your floor. Not speed wise but just a long time waiting for the elevator when you call it.
