Só tivemos um problema não nos informaram que o hotel estava com um elevador funcionando estava com problema e tínhamos conexão cedo da manhã então nossa estada ficou difícil pois ficamos com medo de perder o voo conexão internacional

Bom. Mas pode melhorar porque se trata de um Meliá e não de um Hotel qualquer
Pros:

Localização. Atendimento.

Cons:

Hospedar em um Meliá e ir ao banheiro e não ter ducha higiênica é difícil. Reclamei e disseram que os outros apartamentos q tem estavam ocupados. Outro ponto negativo. Tomar banho com sabonete líquido e shampoo parecendo aqueles de hotel de rodoviária. Isso não combina com a linha Meliá.

Pros:

O hotel é muito bom, bem localizado, e conta com uma boa infraestrutura. Fica perto de vários restaurantes e a 15 min de bares e bem pertinho do museu do futebol.

Staff was lovely and attentive! My stay was short but they were super accommodating of my request to enter early and leave late due to flight changes. Super conveniently located for the event I was in town for. Would certainly stay here again!

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel in São Paulo Higienópolis. The entire experience—from check-in to check-out—was smooth and seamless. The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming throughout.
I also appreciated the thoughtful inclusions such as complimentary water, juice, and local beer. The location was ideal—quiet and not overly crowded, yet conveniently close to everything within walking distance.
