Bien pour le prix mais le buffet et les animations sont à revoir
Pros:

L’emplacement était incroyable, la vue de la chambre aussi, la literie de très bonne qualité et on a aussi apprécié l’amabilité du personnel.

Cons:

Le buffet n’était pas qualitatif même s’il y avait beaucoup de choix et il manquait des animations et celles qui avaient n’étaient pas amusantes. De plus, les animations étaient trop faites pour les anglais et autres pays proches de l’Angleterre (ex : soirées blind test uniquement avec des acteurs anglais et chansons anglaises) alors qu’on est quand même sur une île espagnole…

Simply amazing. Outstanding service.
Pros:

The service was phenomenal. Right from the start, the reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. We are very lucky that we get to travel very often, and this is one of the best places we have ever stayed, because every single person, from the bar staff to the cleaners were amazing. The food is exceptional quality, and the entertainment was also fantastic. I found the guy who did aqua gym to songs from the musicals particularly entertaining. He was the highlight of my days. This is a really well run hotel because the ethos of exceptional service runs throughout. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Cons:

Nothing not to like. Everything was fantastic.

Pros:

Kiváló elhelyezkedés, finom és változatos ételek, kényelmes szoba, my favorite club előnyök (egész nap üdítők, alkoholos italok, privát teraszok és kis étélek egész nap).

Cons:

Sajnos nem minden munkatárs alkalmas ugyan azt a színvonalat hozni. (Nem elég kedves felszolgáló, vacsoránál a húsok sütésénél nyers húsok elkészítése.)

Deceptionante. Nada. Verguenza.

Cons:

Hotel totalmente decepcionante. Anuncian “se admiten mascotas”, pero luego cobran 50€ por noche por un perro pequeño y prohíben su presencia en todas las zonas comunes. En la práctica, no aceptan mascotas: es publicidad engañosa. Mis padres han tenido que comer por turnos porque el perro no podía acompañarlos ni siquiera en la terraza y dentro su trasportino cerrado. Un Yorkshire Toy de 2,5 kg. Una experiencia absurda e indignante. No lo recomiendo a nadie

Heel fijn, mooi en schoon hotel!
Pros:

Mooi en schoon hotel! Mooie ruime kamer met fijne bedden. Heel uitgebreid goed ontbijtbuffet. Veel fijne ligbedden bij het zwembad. Fitnessruimte ziet er ook netjes uit! Mooie SPA beneden in het hotel en uitgebreide keuze aan massages (tegen betaling). Gratis water te pakken bij de buitenbar en in de fitnessruimte. Taxistandplaats zo goed als voor de deur. Heel goed te doen om van en naar de luchthaven te gaan met een taxi, circa 20 minuutjes.

Cons:

Misschien niet genoeg parasollen bij het zwembad als het hoogzomer is en het hotel vol zit. Kan zijn dat nu (eind april) nog niet alles buiten stond.

Third Visit in a Year - loved it!
Pros:

The hotel was uncrowded, relaxing and friendly staff. Recently refurbished so very modern and exceptionally clean. Dining experience was excellent!

Cons:

Pool area was a little tight but there always seemed to be a bed available - and the beach was just round the corner!

Vom Balkon aus tolle Aussicht auf das Meer
Strandpromenade sehr gut ausgebaut, auch für Behinderte mit Rollstuhl

Cons:

Eingang des Hotels bei Anreise mit Mietauto von der Straße aus schwer zu identifizieren, Name auch in Nachbargeschäften nicht bekannt !
Late Check-out um eine Stunde kostenpflichtig (nach einem Aufenthalt von 15 Tagen ! )

The location was good and the staff was kind

Cons:

The noise from the street (parties till late at night).
The breakfast was dissapointing- not vegetarian friendly as there was barely separation from the meat and not enough vegetables. The coffee and the food was in low quality.

Fantastic location and the best service!
Pros:

The location of the property was fantastic.. the beach was literally two minutes walk and everything was accessible easily. The service provided by the staff was exceptional!

Would have preferred a double bed as requested instead of two twin beds
