Location

To be honest, I didn't like many things about our stay. The weather was a bit cold so when I asked the staff, they changed the AC to heating mode. Furthermore on my birthday I received a wine, which was definitely a nice touch. And that was all.

Stayed here as a family of 3 with our 11 month old. Staff were all lovely and very friendly and helpful. The pool was great it’s a bit heated so not as cold as other pools we have experienced. Nice pool side cafe and good amount of sun beds. Rooms were a great size and lots of space for us with our little one. Bed was comfy enough and a cot was provided on request. Location was great close to beach and walking distance of lots of restaurants, bars, shops, etc. We had breakfast and dinner included - good selection of food at both generally always something we would eat. High chairs provided. We swapped our dinner for lunch one of the days which is served by the pool you just have to let them know the day before.

We stayed in a 2 bed superior apartment at Hovina Panorama for 5 nights from February 18th last. We found the apartment modern and spacious. The seaview is fab! The location was excellent close to everything. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Patricia on reception. We would highly recommend!

Great location comfortable and quite

Fantastic Hotel Staff are amazing especially reception staff and the dinning room. staff all work so quickly and always a smile. Even the chefs come out smilling.

Spotlessly clean pool area is tidy and a lovely warm clean pool
Food is not bad for a 3 star apart from chickens wings every day but the deserts are very nice and well presented
the dinning room is cafeteria style no frills so don't dress up And can be busy
Pool is really nice and warm and looks recently done but area round is small for size of hotel
Our room was relatively new nice clean and bright we asked to move from ground floor first floor as wanted more privacy no problem for reception very helpful found one with partial sea view and walk in shower they even fitted a handrail.
A few negatives
The pool area is spoilt by private owners and friends there first thing on a morning reserving 6 loungers at a time then moving them into there own areas leaving little room for others
The bar lounge is used for dinning room overspill so if there is entertainment on you are sat with people eating there meals on dinning tables
There seems to be a comfortable lounge but its no used
Also room on ground should have net curtains for privacy and to stop insects
But in All a Nice hotel with amazing staff

Lovely clean hotel staff friendly.
Food all inclusive we was breakfasts and lunch amazing buffet at tea time was a bit repetitive. Drinks cocktails were amazing.
Pool nice brilliant hotel this is our 2nd visit.
Only downside was the private apartments people staying 12 weeks or more think they owned the place sunbed wars was ridiculous queues in the morning before 8am and running to get favourite spot same people every day same spot everyday leaving the towels on beds long periods of time.
Unfair for others they are not being fair we have all paid to be on this holiday not just them.
Plenty of room for everyone but some people being thrown abuse at for being in the private persons spot. Just ridiculous and childish,

Just returned from a lovely relaxing holiday. The hotel is perfect in every way, the staff are warm and friendly. The room had all the amenities we wanted, even including lots of English channels on the tv. The pool was a nice temperature. The food was delicious with a nice choice over breakfast and dinner. The place is kept very clean, and the location is perfect for the sea front. I would also like to mention that a lovely bottle of perfume was left in our room on Valentine’s Day what a lovely touch. It had a home to home. feeling with guests returning year after year. Met some lovely guests, it does not appear to attract any bad behaviour, so would love to return again for a longer period.

Stayed here with my 11 year old daughter during half term
The hotel is mainly older adults and has a very quiet relaxed feel we wondered on arrival had we made the right choice but we absolutely did

The staff are outstanding cheery and helpful from the reception to the restaurant and bar staff

The pool is just big enough and all the rooms very close as the place has a very small feel
There was a few reservation of beds but most guests were respectful we always managed to get two

I always book bed and breakfast as we like to eat out but the booking came with half board so we trued it and this is the first time at a hotel i can say the food was really nice on an evening
The breakfast is buffet style and fresh as kept being refilled
The evening is a buffet style too but much smaller offerings than previous hotels i have stayed in but this is a positive thing as quality over quantity
You can also swap dinner for lunch and order from the pool snack bar which has pizza burgers toasties salads etc

There isnt any entertainment but you are 10 minutes right to the main bars and restaurants of costa adeje and 15 minutes or so to your left to las americas
But the hotel itself is surrounded by shops/restaurants too its in a great location

The rooms are basic but clean and have a fridge kettle and cooker rings with a balcony with a table and chairs

Whilst the hotel might not suit large family groups looking for entertainment and a busy vibrant pool area . I would 100% recommend a stay here especially for older adults, adult couples or even small families like myself who want a quiet relaxed base
This place truly has been a hidden gem find

We have just had the most perfect week staying at the Panorama.
The location is fabulous….. a few metres from the sea.
The staff are amazing; they create such a welcoming atmosphere and genuinely cannot do enough for the guests.
We were there for valentines and they decorated the dining room and reception in red hearts and left me a perfume gift in my room!
The rooms are clean and contained everything we needed….. nice to have a fridge and a safe.
We were half board. It is possible to exchange the evening meal for a lunch with notice. We did this twice and the lunch is served at the pool bar but the standards are very high. Food is excellent at all times of the day; lots of choice and all cooked fresh.
The drinks measures are huge!
Entertainment in the bar area every night and the pool area is highly maintained and inviting.
Honestly we highly recommend.

We have just had a fantastic 3 week stay at the Panorama. The day we checked in the Receptionists we’re so helpful and polite as they was during our whole stay. A special Thank you to Patricia and Kevin who sorted our room. The Rooms are very clean as the Maids go in regularly, The food at the Hotel is good and plenty of it.The staff in Restaurant bar and pool bar are really good, They smile all the time and can’t be more helpful. The sunbeds usually get taken up quickly in the mornings around 08:45. The pool Staff won’t let you reserve until then. It’s a quiet and relaxing atmosphere by the pool too. There are plenty of stairs at the hotel so be prepared for that. We are in our 70s so struggled a bit. Also Adeji is hilly in some places especially outside the Hotel.The only issue that should be sorted is…Guests ( SELFISH ONES) Putting towels on sunbeds in the morning first thing, Then going out walking or whatever till mid afternoon. We enjoyed our stay at the Panorama and will visit again. Thanks to all Staff members, Too many to mention….
