Super Lage am Ortsrand von Deidesheim, zw. Park und Weingärten,
Frühstück Top, Personal sehr freundlich und engagiert,
großes Superior Zimmer mit allem was man so braucht, Mobiliar, Türen und auch Dusche leider stellenweise schon etwas 'abgewohnt'

Unfriendly staff at reception. Friendly cleaning staff and in restaurant. Only buffet dinner. Hotel needs some freshing up.

Das Hotel und die Einrichtung sind in die Jahre gekommen,es müsste mal renoviert werden!

Pros:

Vom Maxx Deidesheim kann man gut Wanderungen in den Pfälzer Wald unternehmen. Auch zur Ortsmitte sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Kompliment an die Küche: Das Abendessen war sehr gut.

Fine hotel with room for improving the restaurant
Pros:

Hotel was excellent. The restaurant had a “Pasta Basta” event - rather badly organized. Too many guests with only three chefs meant very long waiting lines.
Otherwise (other days) the restaurant was fine.

The property and room were much nicer than expected from the google rating. Comfortable bed and good shower. Great breakfast buffet with lots of choice, very friendly staff. Lovely dinind area with outside seating, airy and open. Only negative was lack of aircon on two hot days, the room was hot at night.

Das Zimmer ist groß und die Dusche ist altbacken. Betten gut und ruhige Seite im Hof. Zimmer war mit Einzelbetten gebucht leider nicht vorbereitet.

Zimmer sind etwas in die jahre gekommen und nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß mit dem Waschbecken im zimmer bad war leider auch nicht so sauber Personal an der Rezeption sollte seine gäste vielleicht auch ein bisschen ernster nehmen und nicht wie unmündig behandeln

A perfect location
Pros:

A perfect location for our stay - restaurants and shops all in walking distance,
very friendly and helpful hotel staff and super breakfast buffet. We enjoyed our stay again very much and certainly will come back.
