Pros:

Excellent location, right in the middle of downtown Sorrento. Rooms are big. Has a private elevator to access the beach, and from there you can reach the port in 5 minutes. As a hotel guest, you are supposed to have free access to the beach with free wifi and access to cabins for showers. However, the employees at the beach make you pay 50€ for sunbeds, even if you don't want to use them and just want to take a dip in the water.

Cons:

The price is quite high for what you get in terms of services, quality and cleanliness of the facilities. We had paid for a triple room with 3 single beds, and got a double room in which they added a small folding bed after we arrived. Breakfast is ok, but doesn't offer a lot of variety.

Pros:

Front desk telling us about the daily tours. Breakfast was very good. Gardens were beautiful.

Cons:

I booked a triple room and ended up with one bed and a pull out sofa. That was the most uncomfortable sofa bed ever. I brought it to their attention and they said that was a double occupancy room. Way overpriced for the room situation. And they were so rude about everything.

Breathtaking views - exceptional service - clean - real italian elegance
Pros:

fabulous view - if your room is on the water. Excellent location. Beautiful pool and secluded outdoor gardens to rest and relax. Attentive staff. Lovely breakfast each morning with splendid views of Mt Vesuvio. Nothing negative about the hotel or staff. I would stay there again!

Cons:

Would have liked to have bottled water in the room.

Bar met fantastisch uitzicht - vriendelijk barkeeper

Cons:

Het ontbijt - weinig keuze in vers brood. Heel slecht fruitsap
Zwembad die al gesloten was om 18u
Personeel niet echt hartelijk behalve de oudere man bij het ontbijt.
Wc kapot. Bleef maar lopen. Je moest verschillende keren duwen om dit te stoppen

Our best hotel on the trip !
Pros:

The location and view is to die for - a reason I could come again. It is central to everything - shops, viewpoints, jetty, town, restaurants. Loved the staff and the history of the hotel too - including all those who have lived here. A highlight of our trip to celebrate !

Pros:

If you are visiting Sorrento, do not hesitate to stay at this hotel, or at least stop by for an aperitif at its bar or restaurant, as it offers premium views over the Gulf of Naples.
The hotel is exceptionally well located, just steps away from restaurants and shops, yet far enough to ensure quiet nights and truly restful sleep.
The entire staff was attentive, helpful, and always willing to assist with any request.
