Excelente ubicación para llegar al centro de Barcelona y al aeropuerto.
Como no fuimos muy temprano nos entregaron el desayuno tipo picnic. Muy bueno.

La stanza era spaziosa e pulita , lo staff disponibile ,il bus vicino che porta direttamente in aereoporto

Cuando llegué el restaurante estaba cerrado y me ofrecieron la posibilidad de tomar un bikini (mixto). Fue el peor bikini de mi vida, mala calidad, crudo... un desastre.

EL DESAYUNO MUY VARIADO, SIEMPRE PEDI HUEVOS FRITOS AL CHEF Y NUNCA TUVIERON INCONVENIENTE, FUERON MUY ATENTOS. LA UBICACION TAMBIEN ES BUENA MUY CERCA AL METRO.

L’hôtel est bien, le personnel aussi sauf 2 femmes et le gérant à l’accueil.
Pros:

L’hôtel tient toutes ses promesses, la piscine, la salle de sport, les extérieurs….

Cons:

L’accueil de la réceptionniste qui se permet de faire passer 5 personnes devant nous, sans même un bonjour, sans même s’excuser, sans même nous expliquer que ce sont des clients sortants. Ça ne donne pas envie de rester, le séjour étant déjà réglé on n’est pas leur priorité….Le dernier soir mon mari est allé à l’accueil car sa carte de chambre était démagnétisée, et là la réception a refusé car il ne le trouvait pas dans leur fichier. Nous avons pourtant donné nos deux passeports en arrivant….Le gérant m’a expliqué que c’était un problème informatique et qu’il ne voyait pas le problème….
