Tolles kleines Hotel direkt am Golfplatz Old Course Valescure. Sehr guter Golfplatz mit sehr vielen Bäumen, ansonsten eher flach, gepflegte Fairways, relativ schnelle Grüns.Sehr nettes Personal im Hotel und am Golfplatz. Sehr guter Koch im Hotelrestaurant. Werde ich mit Sicherheit nochmal hinfahren.

Pour un établissement classé 4 étoiles ,
Un frigo aurait été bien dans la chambre ,
Taches sur le mur et prise derrière le sèche serviettes déboîtée ( peut être dangereux)
La précision sur la réservation et paiement pour le spa ´ est pas assez mise en avant .
Nous avons eu de la chance qu il y ai de la place .

Beware of hidden charge for SPA access

The calm, the parking, the bed, the bathroom and the Nuxe shower gel.
The breakfast was great.

Cons:

Beware of a hidden charge of €25 per person to access the SPA. Before booking, I carefully read the facilities section, which explicitly stated that additional charges applied only to massages. There was no mention anywhere that basic SPA access itself was not included.

When I raised the issue with staff, I was told they were unable to display this information on Booking.com — which I find hard to believe, as properties are fully able to update their facility descriptions to accurately reflect what is and isn't included. This feels less like an oversight and more like a deliberate omission designed to avoid deterring potential guests.

Transparency matters. If a core amenity comes at an extra cost, it should be clearly stated upfront — not discovered at check-in.

Cons:

20% annoncé au SPA sur les rendez-vous du matin jusqu'au 31 03.
Cette réduction n a pas été appliquée car il fallait soit disant présenter un bon de réduction. Personne ne nous a informés.

L’emplacement au sein du golf de Valescure, la suite spacieuse et bien équipée.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner en deçà du standing d’un hôtel 4*, la déco de la chambre un peu vieillotte.
