Pros:

A localização é boa, perto do metro Saldanha, com acesso fácil ao aeroporto e gare do Oriente. Funcionários simpáticos, quarto com dimensão adequada. Possibilidade de deixar as malas gratuitamente após o check out.

Cons:

Os quartos deixam um pouco a desejar atendendo a que é um hotel de 4* estrelas, há hotéis de 3* e alojamentos locais em Portugal, e mesmo em Lisboa com mais comodidades. O quarto tem pouca iluminação, não tem tomadas acessiveis para carregar telemóveis e computador (foi necessário desligar um dos candeeiros), na casa de banho não há cabides para pendurar toaalhas e roupa, apenas um suporte para a toalha de banho.

Hotel bem localizado no Saldanha, perto de metrô, comércio abundante, bares, cafés e restaurantes. Equipe bem treinada, atenciosa e prestativa. Quarto muito confortável, roupas de cama e banho de qualidade, excelente relação custo-benefício.

Boa localização, bom pequeno-almoço

Cons:

Pouca ajuda com estacionamento. Cama muito barulhenta, apenas de se sentar na cama a mesma fazia muito barulho. Mini-bar a fazer muito barulho durante a noite. Pedi quarto com banheira, foi me atribuído um quarto em que a banheira estava inutilizável. Secador inoperacional.

I recommend this hotel mainly for comfort and location. I'd stay again!
Pros:

The breakfast is worth it for its price. In terms of toiletry they have conditioner and body lotion, in addition to shampoo and shower gel which is not so common these days. The water pressure in the shower was great too. The location is very good too with access to three metro lines walking-distance. A lot of restaurant/cafés options nearby too. And one shopping mall.

Cons:

I wish there was a place to hang the towels in the shower, like hooks. I wish too there was one "central" light in the main room area and bathroom. The receptacles could be more easily accessible as most of them they were behind the bed and fridge. We had to unplug the coffee machine (we didn't use it so it's fine) to be able to charge our devices.
