Excellent front of house staff, particularly Sarah, who was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

Our room earlier for one night (1stSept) had a bathroom door which was not fitted properly and would not shut.

Disorganised
Pros:

Poor organisation, new staff member was struggling alone , Saturday night, room clean and comfy, breakfast was disaster, had to wait over 20 mins even though it was booked, ran out of food items, small and cramped, one staff member running around like a headless chicken.
Location was excellent, but entrance was dark and gloomy, not very welcoming 😕
Car park very close underground, but no concession for hotel guests, overpriced we thought, had sign on door for clean towels , it was ignored so had to reuse damp towels, didn't see any cleaners or maids at all , skeleton staff, probably would not stay there again.
