Déçu de la part d’une grande chaîne d’hôtels…

L’emplacement

Cons:

L’étage était en chantier (travaux de peinture complet seules quelques chambres disponibles dont la nôtre).
La chambre était sans table de nuit, sans armoire de rangement, sans sèche-cheveux, juste un lit, une porte coulissante, lourde et impossible à pousser de l’intérieur, et sans pour accéder aux commodités…
Literie de qualité pour terminer sur une note positive…

Hotel in zentraler Lage mit den stadtmäßigen Einschränkungen

Die Lage gut, mitten in der Fußgängerzone. Die Zimmer werden gerade abschnittsweise saniert.

Cons:

Die hinteren Zimmer des Gebäudes schauen nur auf die Vordächer...leider hört, sieht und riecht man dadurch auch die Abluft der Küchen drumherum und hört auch die Klimaanlagen . In unserem frisch renovierten Zimmer roch es noch nach Farbe und die Duschabtrennung war noch nicht eingebaut, so dass man das Zimmer eigentlich nicht hätte anbieten sollen, so ohne funktionierende Dusche

Gute Lage und für eine Nacht ausreichend.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut

Cons:

Zimmer ohne jede Möglichkeit, Kleidung abzulegen oder aufzuhängen. Toilettentür ist eine lose vorgehängtes Brett 😀

Pros:

Dat hotel precies hartje centrum ligt en parkeergarage voor de deur. Nog geen 50 meter...lol

Cons:

Ontbijt niet erg veel keus. Maar prima. Alleen je wordt te veel in de gaten gehouden door medewerkers, alsof je snel weg zou willen. Dat was ons gevoel.

Pros:

Breakfast was good and glad it had Aircon as the outside temperature was very hot

Cons:

Room very small as was the bed and the bathroom shower screen had been removed so water flooded the floor. It's in the process of being internally redecorated so the smell of paint is quite strong. Unfortunate for us but I'm sure it will be ok soon.
The security safe was not secure at all and even so we couldn't figure out how to use it

Great and eager service
Pros:

We had a few hiccups in getting to and arranging rooms when we first arrived, but the eagerness of the staff to help us out along the trip more than made up for it. Muhammed was so patient and kind to a group of tired and hungry Americans. Sarah was quick to help out without us even having to ask. Another young man at the front desk provided recommendations for restaurants, one of which (Version Originale) provided one the best meals I’ve had in Europe.

Very good location in the centre of town. Parking access was simple and cost effective. Clean, tidy, good for an overnight stop off.

Pros:

Average, No TV remote control in the room ( that I can find ) very dated decor, bit run down & tired - for example peeling wallpaper in the hall way. Advertised car parking is in the public underground carpark although they offer a discount. Breakfast was good but there did seem to be a mix up regarding payment , but quickly sorted out . Lastly and for an overnight stay the most important thing - sleep , room was hot but aircon was so noisy it could not be used however the priblem with the window open is you're opposite a KFC so noisy with people in the street. Stayed in worse but didn't get morethan 2hrs sleep

Super locatie, hele fijne bedden en grote kamer.

Cons:

Niet alle personeel even vriendelijk. Ontbijt was steeds niet aangevuld waardoor er weinig nog was om mee te ontbijten.
