Average- would stay here again but only based on location
Pros:

The location was very good

Cons:

The air conditioning was basically none existent on the 4th floor and it was extremely uncomfortable. We were not made aware that the hotel was being renovated and so we were woken up most days by the noise from the work being done

De airco en het bad, mooie kamer
Perfecte ligging om alles te voet te doen

Cons:

Verbouwingswerken bezig in de gang waar wij lagen
De Tv die niet werkte
Ontbijt was chaotisch, men moest naar alles vragen, borden, bestek, glazen, tassen.
Het eten was niet aangevuld, geen fruitsap, vleeswaren,.....
Na de vraag om bij te vullen stond er warm fruitsap en 4 plakken ham.....

Nice accommodations in the center of Reims; great staff.
Pros:

This was a nice hotel right in the center of Reims. There's a underground parking lot just 50 yards from its front door. There was a problem with one of the rooms -- the AC wasn't working -- but the staff worked hard with us to find a work around. There was no hestitation about refunding our money for the room. The staff was also very helpful as we made our plans to visit Reims.

Pros:

Suite à la chaleur , le climatisation ne fonctionnait plus et nous avons été relogés au Bristol hôtel, donc je ne peux pas évaluer le Best Western.

Prima hotel op een perfecte locatie. Zeker voor een tussenstop vanuit Zuid Frankrijk.

Het hotel wordt momenteel vernieuwd. Toevallig hadden wij net een kamer die net klaar was en die er spik en span uitzag. Nette badkamer met fijne douche. Plus de
locatie is fantastisch middenin de stad

Cons:

Het entree en de ontbijtruimte zijn wel een beetje gedateerd. Daarnaast zit het personeel achter de receptie er verveeld bij.

Pros:

When we made our reservation, we were not informed that the hotel was undergoing renovation works. The disruption caused by these works negatively affected our stay and did not meet the standard we reasonably expected from a three-star hotel.

In addition, the air conditioning in our room was not working during an ongoing heatwave with extremely high temperatures. This made the room extremely uncomfortable and significantly affected our ability to rest and sleep. We reported the issue to the reception desk, but no alternative room was offered.

Furthermore, there was no refrigerator in the room, which was particularly inconvenient during such hot weather. The hotel was also very noisy, because of the general level of noise, making it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep.

We were also disappointed by the quality of the breakfast, which was rather limited and below the standard we would expect from a three-star hotel.

Even in our own home we have functioning air conditioning, and we certainly expected a three-star hotel to provide at least the same level of basic comfort, especially during a heatwave.

The combination of undisclosed renovation works, a non-functioning air conditioning system, the absence of a refrigerator, excessive noise, and a disappointing breakfast had a significant negative impact on our stay and greatly reduced the value of the services we paid for.
