Categories

Cleanliness
9.5
Multiple reviews explicitly note clean, tidy and well-ventilated rooms (e.g. 'Čista, uredna...'). No widespread cleanliness complaints reported.
Service
9.8
Staff repeatedly praised (sauna staff, 'sensationelles Personal', helpful and friendly personnel). There are isolated but serious service failures (unappreciative check-in for loyal guests and a mishandled nut-allergy incident), but the majority of reviews emphasize excellent, attentive staff.
Location
9.5
Location frequently described as central and convenient (walking distance to Ortskern and Kurpark); some mentions of nearby traffic noise in one review, but overall location is a strong positive.
Room Quality
8.2
Mixed feedback: several guests praise large terraces and good air conditioning, but recurring negatives include very firm mattresses, small bathrooms and at least one shower/fixture issue.
Amenities
9.6
Wellness area, pools and ambience are highlighted as outstanding ('Wellnessbereich genial', 'Pools und Ambiente perfekt'). Some maintenance issues reported (fountain out of order, LED screen defect, roof-wellness construction, slippery pool stairs) and one note about EVs not allowed in the garage.
Value for Money
9.2
Mixed signals: long-term guests note a perceived decline and cutbacks (less variety) which affect perceived value, but many guests state the overall experience fits expectations and would return; set to the overall target rating to reflect this balance.
Food and Beverage
8
Several guests praise breakfast and dinner variety and quality, but a significant negative pattern: reported cutbacks (missing breads, dips) and, critically, a severe nut-allergy mistake that required medical attention. Overall this lowers the score despite many positive mentions.
Overall Experience
9.8
Overall impression is strongly positive for most guests (many call it highly recommendable, a 'wellness dream' and say they'd return). A few very negative experiences (quality decline over time, serious allergy incident) temper this but do not dominate the review set.

Pros:

Vlastní termální prameny, úžasné prostředí spa zóny včetně saunových rituálů, vynikající kuchyně ... prostě každá chvíle v resortu byla zážitek a odpovídala vynaložené ceně. A to včetně takových drobností jako karafa s vodou na pokoji, měkké župany, Nesspreso kávovar v pokoji...Náš výběr Ortner's resortu k oslavě výročí našeho manželství byla super volba a už se těšíme na další pobyt.

Cons:

Bez připomínek
