Great, clean hotel
Pros:

A free upgrade and and extension to my check out time

Cons:

Nothing other than the fact I had a coffee machine but no coffee pods to use for it, I’m sure I could of rang reception if I was that concerned about it though

La literie est vraiment très bonne. Votre sommeil sera réparateur. Le personnel est agréable et le petit déjeuner est complet

Cons:

Souci de pression d'eau. La chambre a sérieusement besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Carte du menu en chambre bien trop "petite", pas de soupe proposée, repas trop calorique.

Belle équipe de réception, bel emplacement de l’hôtel très bon petit déjeuner seul point négatif le bruit dans la chambr

Personnel de la réception très gentille , l’équipe du soir à notre arrivé ainsi que l’équipe du matin vraiment merci à eux pour tous

Cons:

Bruit de la ville , ce n’est pas normal qu’un tel hôtel ai dans la chambre à un tel bruit sur la chambre qui donne sur la ville , difficile de dormir la nuit avec un tel bruit à revoir en urgence votre insonorisation

Tout était parfait ! Personnel très accueillant et service irréprochable. Je recommande sans hésiter.
Pros:

Séjour parfait du début à la fin ! Tout était impeccable : la chambre, le confort et les services. Le personnel était particulièrement accueillant, chaleureux et toujours disponible. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Bonne literie mais besoin de travaux
Pros:

J'étais juste à côté de mon lieu de travail donc l'emplacement était parfait pour moi. La literie est très bonne - le sommeil a été donc réparateur et de qualité.

Cons:

En arrivant, ils n'ont pas trouvé ma réservation. Chambre très vétuste, problème d'eau : chasse d'eau ne fonctionnait pas, pas d'eau froide au niveau du lavabo, douche qui fuie. La carte pour le service en chambre est peu travaillée (pas de soupe, 2 entrées, 4 plats) ... La chambre est vieillotte. L'hôtel aurait besoin de travaux. Honnêtement, j'ai été déçue car j'ai parlé des soucis au niveau de la salle d'eau lors du check-out, je n'ai eu aucune compensation (ce qui aurait été commercial). Hôtel qui a donc besoin de revoir ses stratégies commerciales
