Proche du parc des princes était notre critère principal et c’était bien ça
Pros:

La chambre est confortable
Le personnel est sympa

Cons:

Les travaux dans l’hôtel
La hauteur de la baignoire, difficile à enjambée
Les grandes plantes artificielles qu’il faut traversées avec notre assiette quand on est au petit déjeuner

Pros:

Très complet et varié mais attention aux chutes éventuelles avec la moquette qui fait des « vagues » dans la salle du petit-déjeuner

Cons:

Ne pas avoir pu régler la climatisation
Manquaient un bonnet de douche et gobelet pour brosse à dents dans la salle de bain
Et chaussons standard en éponge, un peignoir aussi peut-être

Exceptional service that went above and beyond
Pros:

Exceptional service and true customer care. After I left an item behind in the room and it couldn’t be located, the hotel team especially the general manager, Gregory Thierion, went far beyond what was expected—coordinating a replacement and arranging shipment to the US. Their responsiveness and willingness to make things right turned a frustrating situation into a standout experience. Highly recommend.

Praktisch für einen Aufenthalt wegen der Nähe zur Metro.
Pros:

Gute Lage da es in der Nähe der Metro lag. Ruhiges Zimmer. Tiefgarage vorhanden.

Cons:

Kein frisches Frühstück. Kein schöner Frühstücksraum.

Pros:

Room 609 The curtains were torn and had been stitched back together very poorly. The toilet and the walls had scratches and marks. It doesn’t live up to Hilton’s standards. The hotel is close to the metro, but there was no mini fridge in the room. The room was clean, but the breakfast was poor.
