It was good overall but we wouldn't go back.
Pros:

The bed was good. The bathroom nice and clean. They offered extras in case you forget something.

Cons:

The room lights were TOO low, I needed to pack and it was hard for me to be able to see. The breakfast included too many sweet things but we had no cheese or ham. The coffee was served in disposable cups same as the plates, therefore the amount of trash that they generate was astonishing for us.

Cons:

Hotel is not in a great area. Not sure of the history but it seems like a office building made into hotel.
Also paying $45 per day for parking is excessive.
We have stayed in denver many times and would not stay at this hotel in this location again.
Can't understand why the rating was high.

Think twice and just don’t do it!
Pros:

Nothing I did not end up staying at the hotel I stayed at another hotel which was clean and had the appropriate amenities.

Cons:

It was dirty and customer service was awful property was dirty exterior surroundings not safe for family settings homeless and drugged people having access to property is a scary thing! Dirty dirty room and common areas do not recommend staying here when traveling with family or alone.

Ótimo hotel, mas o atendimento poderia ser mais cordial
Pros:

O hotel é bem bonito e moderno! Os quartos são limpos, a localização é perfeita, pertinho de várias coisas, e o café da manhã é ótimo.

Cons:

O staff foi bastante rude. Teve zero paciência por inglês não ser minha primeira língua e eu ter algumas dúvidas sobre a estadia, algo perfeitamente normal quando você está viajando e precisa de informações. Não tem estacionamento gratuito e o preço do serviço de valet é exorbitante. Além disso, a piscina estava fechada.

Great place!
Pros:

The place was clean and the staff was so courteous and very helpful! Felt like coming home

Cons:

Only comment is the towels could be softer

Nice downtown location and room was a good value.
Cons:

Valet parking was too expensive and no parking on the street. Instead pay parking lot was next door but had to pay twice (1st on arrival and then at midnight for the next morning hours until I checked out)

Pros:

It was clean, comfortable, had what we needed

Cons:

It was really difficult to use the stairs because they all let out in such different places, the location was safe but just wasn’t as close to things as we thought it would be for walking, and one of the staff was very friendly but the others were not.
