Location
It took a while for the water to warm up.
It was a good location right downtown. Clean and somewhat reasonably priced.
Location and staff.
Parking was a hassle.
Breakfast was great! Very close to restaurants and stores. Walked everywhere from the hotel. Great customer service.
The beds are a outdated and the pillows are very flat, but they were alright enough for the few days we were there.
Comfortable and great value with excellent breakfast included. A block away from Denver Philharmonic performance (Central Presbyterian). Better than Brown Palace for comfort.
Pillows were too small for a king bed, or even for regular bed as they were square and small. That was only weird exception.

I like that yall had a Pool but we were traveling and didn’t check in until 9:30pm and my teenage kids and I would have like to soak a bit before resting.
Night receptionist was quit rude , he seemed as if we were bothering him as we checked in , my son had to call down to front desk 5 times before he answered then when my son didnt understand what he had said to him, he repeated him self loudly and very rude, he could hear him, the man had a heavy accent and he didn’t understand him, , all we asked is when the pool closed and he thought he said 12am but closed at 10pm , morning staff was great 😌
It was nice and quiet
There was no place to really put anything no drawers or really anything for my clothes
Location
Lack of maid services - had to ask after 2 days for service after requesting towels. No TP

The bed was good. The bathroom nice and clean. They offered extras in case you forget something.
The room lights were TOO low, I needed to pack and it was hard for me to be able to see. The breakfast included too many sweet things but we had no cheese or ham. The coffee was served in disposable cups same as the plates, therefore the amount of trash that they generate was astonishing for us.
