Pros:

Breakfast was nice and location was close to the places we wanted to go.

Cons:

The pool was supposed to be heated but it was ice cold. We couldn’t even swim in it. This was a main thing for my child. I had reported it as well as other people but it was never took care of.

It did say it had a pool but it was super cold and did not look that clean, I even got in a little and when I stepped out my foot scraped the side and some stuff came off the wall on to my toe 🤢

Cons:

The room was very dark as the window looked straight onto another building.
One of two lifts was out of action throughout my 5 night stay. The second broke on my last day.

Room was not in a good condition with missing phone cord, stains on the sofa and desk chair, cord hanging from the curtains across the floor, cabinet doors barely hanging on, and a general run-down feeling. Not a well-maintained property.

Spacious, clean, bright room. Very accommodating to store our luggage until after the Rockies game as there wasn't an early check in available.
