Po przybyciu na miejsce okazało się, że jeden z zarezerwowanych pokoi jest niedostępny. Był to pokój typu suite - pani z recepcji znalazła rozwiązanie w ciągu kilku minut - otrzymaliśmy w miejsce suite, 2 pokoje, co pozwoliło nam zachować komfort dla wszystkich podróżnych i nie wpłynęło na koszt - profesjonalna i prokliencka postawa. Great location in downtown Denver. Just a short walk to 16th street.
Parking could have been better.
I liked that the room was big they also had big containers of shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. The staff was very nice.
I got the room with two queen beds and one sofa bed so I could have a bed for me, my son and my two daughters. When we opened the sofa bed the sheets had yellow and brown stains on them. We couldn’t use it. We were between picking a room with just two queen beds as it was cheaper ultimately went for comfort so I got the with the sofa bed and which I payed more for.
Rooms updated, nice, clean and comfortable, breakfast was good,, location is in a transitional neighborhood, not sketchy but not attractive; however, easy distance from 16th St Mall , civic center, Capitol and Art Museum.
The carpeting in the hallways and especially in front of the elevator was disgusting. The one functioning elevator is creaky and slow and broke down so we had to walk up ten flights of stairs

Parking is not available. Unless you pay $46 for valet or $35 for the few spots available in the lot next door. Otherwise it’s 2 hour blocks street parking.

The luggage cart wheels were flat. The attendant gave us this one to use and didn’t seem to care that it could not possibly be used by us.

Lots of seats in reception to meet with the family group I was with
Staff team didn’t seem that engaged apart from young valet parking man who was very helpful.
Bins in reception overflowing for the full 24 hours of our stay and staff not busy all the time…
Bathroom fittings tired and rusty but we’re clean.

I only got reimbursed 100 instead of the 200 i was charged for....
