Que está obsoleto y pide a gritos una reforma. Habitación pequeña y baño sin plato y con bañera, y cuya separación del resto de la habitación era un cristal disimulado con una tela.
Debe tenerse presente los trabajos de remodelación en desarrollo y que eran necesarios y que vendrán muy bien al HOTEL, ojalá se mantenga relación calidad-precio.
PERSONAL de cafetería del desayuno no se condice con la amabilidad y profesionalismo del personal de recepción.
Gosto demais da localização deste hotel. É extraordinária. O café da manhã é bom, as atendentes sempre são simpáticas e dispostas a ajudar no que for possível. As ultimas vezes em Madri sempre ficamos aqui, meus filhos até pedem , pela localização e tudo que se tem próximo.
Espero que as obras de reforma dos quartos acelerem. Já necessitam de uma reforma urgente.
It was a very pleasant surprise. Great value for money, an excellent breakfast, and a fantastic location, very close to all the main attractions in Madrid. I highly recommend it!

El desayuno y en el loby habia cafe, te y agua disponible para servirse sin costo . La ubicacion tambien excelente.
No es un hotel 4 estrellas . Esta todo muy precario con falta de mantenimiento el compartimiento del baño esta hecho con vidrio por lo cual no hay intimidad. Me parece de terror que en la puerta de entrada al sector de los cuartos halla dibujada una araña.
