Pros:

Beim Check-in bekam unsere Tochter ein kleines Büchlein mit Stickern und einem Getränkegutschein geschenkt, aber das Hotel hat ihr auch so gefallen. Als Übernachtungsgast kann man den Nahverkehr in St. Gallen kostenlos nutzen, der Bus fährt wenige Meter vor der Tür ab.

Professional staff and quite a good balance for quality and price. As a Radisson VIP guest I was treated very well each time so I recommend this hotel

Breakfast selection should be improved and also the rooms are at the limit to get outdated
