The hotel was very nice and clean and comfortable. The lady who greeted us was very friendly and professional, and when our delayed luggage arrived from the airport, she was proactive in getting it to us. The place is just a short walk from the lake, which we enjoyed. Our room was on the bottom floor so we didn't have a lake view, but we still had a private terrace, which was nice. It was also nice to have a mini fridge in the room, and the bathroom was nicely modern.
Nothing coming to mind at the moment! (Aside from the lack of AC, but that's typical for Europe, so I can't hold that against the hotel).

Wir haben uns in dem modernen Hotel mitvSeeblick sehr wohl gefühlt. Die freundliche und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter haben uns bei unserem Besuch von Zürich unterstützt. Tickets für die S- Bahn gab es an der Rezption. Der Badezugang zum See war nur 100 m unterhalb des Hotels.
SBahn zum Hbf direkt in wenigen Minuten
Frühstück gab es mit Seeblick im Lokal oder auf der Terrasse etc.
Alles in allem ein empfehlenswertes Hotel für einen Besuch von Zürich.

The room was very good with a very comfortable bed and beautiful lake views. The balcony was a real highlight, allowing us to enjoy the scenery, which was the best part of the stay.
The bathroom was oddly designed — modern but not practical. The glass doors didn’t really close properly, so in the morning the light came through a lot. There was also very little space to move around in the bathroom, and the shower needs new silicone seals as they were black with mould. The breakfast was the weakest of all the hotels we stayed in during our several days in Switzerland, and overall the hotel was the least clean. The corridors and some areas could use more care and maintenance. The receptionist seemed unwilling and unfriendly. When we returned from breakfast, someone was already cleaning the room even though we still had an hour before check-out, which was very inconvenient as we couldn’t pack or use the bathroom in peace. Overall, apart from the view, the experience was disappointing and I would not stay there again.
En general me gustó todo: buenísima ubicación, personal amable, habitación cómoda y limpia.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel, in an excellent location right next to the railway station in Thalwil. With the rail service being so clean and efficient, this made the hotel an ideal base for exploring Zurich and the area.
It was very hot, humid weather when we visited, so the efficient air conditioning throughout the hotel was very welcome and the short walk to the shore of Lake Zurich was an added bonus.
The cost of the stay and particularly drinks from the bar was very high, especially if you have a normal English income and not a Swiss one!

Frühstück Service sehr langsam - Schalen waren leer hat lange gedauert bis es wieder aufgefüllt wurde, Tische nicht eingedeckt , alles eher etwas verloren gewirkt in der Organisation.
Das Zimmer war sehr warm. Es waren sehr sehr heiße Tage und man konnte die Temperatur nicht selber einstellen.
