Pros:

Great view from balcony. Big size balcony. Extra long blanket. Good breakfast. Lobby bar.

Gutes Hotel mit Luft nach oben
Pros:

Personal sehr freundlich; Betten bequem; Sauberkeit Zimmer gut; Zugewandte Reaktionen auf gewisse Monierungen - man wurde ernst genommen , es wurde zugehört - Chef des Hauses hat proaktiv reagiert und Mängel umgehend beheben lassen - kulante Reaktionen und Abwicklung beim Check out - sehr speditive und kulante Haltung betreffend meinem vergessenen Ladegerät (ein grosses Dankeschön!!). Durch diese Haltung des Personals einen zweiten Versuch wert. Unser Tipp: etwas weniger Lifestyle - dafür mehr praktikabel und nicht nur auf Businessleute ausgerichtet sein.

Cons:

Von Beginn an Einrichtung für ein DZ für 2 Personen: 2 Zahngläser & Wassergläser, 2 Stühle auf Balkon; Herunterhängenden Vorhang in Ordnung bringen und nicht erst auf Hinweis nachdem nach der 1. Nacht der Zimmerservice erfolgt ist und wir den Vorhang extra nach vorne schoben damit es gesehen wird. Ebenso nach dem Zimmerservice wieder nur ein Trinkglas und das erneut gebrachte in einem total desolaten, gebrauchten Zustand mit der Bemerkung "es ist halt schon viel gebraucht". Frühstück am ersten Tag unter aller Kritik (2. Tag: Sonntag - wesentlich besser - da Sonntag? schade ...): angbrannte Reste von Rührei und kalt, wurde nicht ersetzt auch nicht auf Hinweis hin, ebenso der Speck (kalt, nicht knusprig, im Fett schwimmend); Käseplatte hatte nur noch eine minimal Auswahl und bestand aus wenigen kleinen Stücken, bei dem der Hauptteil Rinde war; Käsemesser bis zum Griff mit Käse verschmiert (gab es zum Reinigen) auch restliche Schüsseln & Teller wurden nicht oder mässig aufgefüllt und sahen z.T. nicht wirklich appetitlich aus; Hier sollte eine Person für die Bewirtschaftung, Auffüllung und Sauberkeit zuständig sein. Hotel ist auf Geschäftsleute die ein DZ allein belegen und früh frühstücken ausgelegt und nicht auf Paare welche wie wir z.B. zu einer Hochzeit anreisen, später frühstücken und auch Aufhängemöglichkeit für Festgarderobe brauchen (das obwohl das Hotel selbst Reklame für Festlichkeiten in ihren Räumen macht). Zimmer gegen Park am Morgen früh sehr lärmig, da Zulieferung Ware gleich unterhalb ist; ebenso der Bahnhof (aber dies weiss man). Hätte gerne eine Topbewertung abgegen - bin aber überzeugt, da hingehört wurde, dass dies in Zukunft möglich ist :-)

A Lovely 5 Days In A Great Hotel
Pros:

The location was perfect next to the train station, enabling us to easily get around Lake Zurich. The hotel was stylish and clean, and the room was a decent size. Breakfast had a modest but enjoyable selection of foods and we always looked forward to mornings. The staff were also all very friendly and professional, and a special mention for Juliette on the front desk who was always very welcoming, upbeat and happy to provide information and make our stay as comfortable as possible, the young lady who cleaned our room (I don't remember her name, I'm sorry) who went above and beyond to show us where to buy train tickets, and Nea (not sure of the spelling, apologies) in the dining room who was always very attentive and greeted us with a lovely smile.

Cons:

The only complaint we had was that we would have sat on the dining room balcony a lot more had it not been for the one or two very persistent and annoying wasps that hung around the tables there. It might just be us, or it may have been the wrong time of day, or month of the year, and possibly not an ongoing problem for the majority, but some sort of deterrent would be very welcome to your guests, I'm sure. Otherwise, no issues at all, thank you.
