Einmal gibt es keinen Kaffee zum Frühstück, das andere mal kein Rührei, ist dem Personal aber auch egal, da die nur mit ihren Handy beschäftigt sind. Gehe so schnell nicht wieder da hin.

Great stay!
Very nice hotel — overall experience was a 10 out of 10. The staff was friendly, everything was clean, and everything was well organized. Also a big plus: it’s only a 10-minute walk to a large shopping mall, which was super convenient. Definitely recommend!

The only thing that wasn’t entirely clear in advance was the parking situation. I assumed a parking spot would automatically be included for the duration of the stay, but it turns out you need to reserve a spot separately in advance (€15 per day). Luckily, we were able to park at the hotel from the second day onwards. Until then, we parked in a public garage a bit further away (€20 per day).
It wasn’t a big deal, but it would’ve been nice if that had been mentioned more explicitly in the confirmation email :)

All in all, we had a lovely time and would happily stay here again!

This hotel is very close to the Metro and a train station. There are amenities very close by. It was clean and the staff was friendly.

Apartohel nuevo bien comunicado en metro y con todo el menaje necesario para un desayuno o una cena rápida en el hotel. La zona muy tranquila, limpia y segura. Lo único negativo no tenia plazas de aparcamiento y tampoco hacen ningún esfuerzo por entregarte la habitación antes de las 15:00.

Hôtel efficace, propre et confortable, avec espace kitchenette afin d'être autonome. Eau, thé, café dans la chambre.

Séjour très agréable de trois nuits pour un concert à La Défense Arena. Chambre spacieuse, agréable, bien équipée et avec une grande salle de bain. Personnel disponible et à l’écoute. Parking sécurisé. Je ne peux que recommander l’établissement !

My stay was really very successful I stayed for 7 nights in a basic studio, I liked the property very much ..what I liked best about the place; the staff were very friendly and cooperative especially Ruth and Leo, and all the rest.. the Residhome is 10 minutes walking ro Quatre Temps and CNIT mall, which made it excellect close to the shopping area and having super U supermarket just in front of the hotel was an advantage ..the metro and RER were 10 minutes away which made it good location for transpotations.. the studio is well equipped and the girl responsible for the room cleaning is super clean and very helpful... sure i enjoyed my stay at Residhome Puteau France. SURE if I were to visit Paris again, I will go to Residhome ..
