Only the bed slept good the sheets was off white they wasn't a pretty white like it's supposed to be

When I first got there I put my luggage down the room looked decent and we left and went dinner because it was in the evening when we got the room got back to the room and went to the bathroom I couldn't take a bath the first day/night it was late in the evening when I got back as I enter the bathroom you had hairs all over the shower hair in the shower the doors glass door has soap scums all over everywhere like the bathroom hadn't been clean for days you had poop down underneath the toilet you had two little baby spiders in there the bath towels had spots on them like somebody use it or something splashed on it brown spots I was not comfortable it discussed me and I was upset and I did not like it I would never stay there again never I complain to one of the staff about the bathroom I couldn't even bath the first night and they came the next morning after 10:00 to clean the room I had to deal with this room all day when I first bath it wasn't until Saturday evening remind me I got there about 5:00 p.m. Friday they couldn't change my room because he was late and they all booked they couldn't find someone to clean my room until the cleaning people come the next day when I tell you I never had a hotel like this before since I live this was the worst and for $307 I paid for this hotel it should have been a lot better A lot better the sofa sleeping bed sofa spots on them I was miserable but I couldn't go nowhere after spending $300 and some dollars I couldn't leave I had to stay and make the best of it so I grabbed the car to complain to the manager but I know it's not nothing they're going to do about it I'm very disappointed and when bookmy.com gave me this hotel it didn't look the way the picture looks

Pros:

Location was great for what we needed. The sink by the refrigerator was nice and useful. The size of the room was great.

Cons:

It wasn’t as clean as I’d hope. The shower in the room had some spots that weren’t clean. Even with the AC down as low as it would go, the room didn’t stay cold and didn’t flow to the other part of the room.

Very comfortable and clean stay!
Pros:

The room was big and the bed was like a cloud! The staff were also very friendly. Please try the ice cream sandwich at the mini shop by the front desk!

The area was perfect

Cons:

Pool wasn't available and they no longer have a hot tub yet its still online as they do. Even the sister hot which was a 15min drive away Hot tub was NOT working, we was so disappointed
