Customer service. Cleaness. Pool area. The only thing I enjoy was the pool area and the staff friendly and welcoming. But your room need a well deserved upgrade.

Cons:

Room is very dark. No bed side lights. Furniture is old and broken. Furniture dirty with stain. Pillow case not cover properly. The general room need upgrades in Furniture. Not my quality to stay. First day food was not good. Omelets station person not good in making omelets. I had to leave and made reservations in another hotel. Really your Furniture need to go away. # upgrade please 🙏🏾

O prédio é muito bem localizado ao lado do metro, garagem de fácil acesso, funcionários muito educados.

Cons:

Falta manutenção no prédio, meu apto tinha banheira rachada de um lado, banheira manchada , suporte de papel higiênico quebrado, suporte de shampoo quebrado. vários detalhes que mostram falta de cuidados de manutenção.
Pior que tudo isto é o hotel alugar para terceiros fazerem festa final de semana na piscina. Tira toda a tranquilidade e privacidades dos hospedes. Entendo uma total de respeito com os hospedes aparecer 200 pessoas de fora montando tenda de musica e dominar a area das piscinas com barulho ensurdecedor e gente estranha ao hotel sem controle de acesso.
Falta um gerente ou diretoria de visão para o hotel.

Excelente vista y cerca a la cabaña disfrutamos de un acceso a la piscina rápido y fácil.
El personal que nos atendió fue muy amable y la.pisxina se veía limpia.
