Un oasis en medio de la ciudad

La ubicación, la piscina y el valet parking. Además de las habitaciones amplias.

Worst Hotel
Cons:

1. Bed was too soft, its a blow up bed they person sleeping on. I have back pain right up until the last day.
2. The shower waste water takes too long for it to run out in hold. The bathroom wasn't properly clean.
3. There is no food menus for Jamaicans, everyday is egg you can feed on.
4. There was no one there that can speak English language to understand persons who can speak English.
5. Room service was not ready, you have to request for your room to be cleaned.
6. The room not even have a snacks for the clients just soso water. And if you want extra water you have to pay 4 dollars for it.
7. The pictures you show case on you pages doesn't match when you arrive at the property. The sign infront the hotel looks nothing like whats on booking.com.
8. I would not recommend anyone to go to this property, the place set up like a apartment houses in a complex in jamaica.
9. There was no chairs on the balcony for you to sit. Just a table and the balcony have no clean for weeks.
10. Ac system also not ready the room not cooling to that. Only time it cool that much is in the hours a night.
11. There was no alevators you have to walk the stairs and bring your heavy suitcases to and from the hotel to the lobby.
12. I see why the hotel is cheap because the service is not all that.
13. I dont suggest no Jamaicans to book at this hotel.
14. The hotel was bored.

Pros:

Conveniently close to everything.. we were surrounded by restaurants, hotels and casinos. I love how we could literally walk from the hotel to the metro station.

Cons:

From desk staff were amazing. The ladies in the restaurant during breakfast time was horrible. I was there for 4 days and each day got worst. They were dismissive and rude. And although I couldn't understand what they were saying their facial and body language said everything.

YA NO VALE LA PENA ALOJARSE EN EL PANAMÁ

Buena ubicación, buenas facilidades, cordial atención.

Cons:

Inicialmente solicitamos una reserva para 2 personas. Pero una persona no pudo viajar así que con tiempo prudente avisamos por escrito para modificar la reserva.
NUNCA NOS RESPONDIERON y al llegar al check in la persona se hizo la desentendida, así que nos cargó el costo de dos personas cuando era sólo una.
Ya no vale la pena alojarse en ése hotel y las instalaciones están demasiado deterioradas por el tiempo, a pesar del gran esfuerzo del personal de mantenimiento y limpieza por darle decoro.
