Precio Justo, Lo que Ocupábamos
Pros:

Nos alojamos para asistir al Gran Fondo Oceano Océano. Todo muy apropiado, limpio. La habitación estaba en perfecto estado de pintura, limpieza. Relación Precio-Habitación, perfecto. Quizá alguna renovación podría darle un upgrade (231). Espacio muy amplio. Para el propósito de nuestra visita, perfecto. Desayuno bien. Ubicación bien.

Cons:

El servicio del personal no es bueno . El hotel tiene un salón de eventos en el 9no piso, el cual no es insonoro, lo que genera que las personas hospedadas en el 8vo y 7mo piso escuchemos todo. No tienen un límite de volumen para sus fiestas, lo cual genera que hasta los vidrios de las habitaciones resuenen y no se pueda dormir.
Llamábamos a recepción para que por favor bajaran el volumen de la fiesta, y la respuesta era, que era un evento privado que no podían hacer nada.
Terrible, tuvimos 2 días sin dormir .

Mejorar el mantenimiento
Pros:

Mala mantención del aire acondicionado, no se podía regular, control en mal estado, sin porta papel higiénico en la pieza.
Sauna de vapor no funcionando, segunda vez en menos de dos meses que he ido y seguía en malo, no funcionando.
Tomé un masaje de relajación y el aire de la sala de masajes también tenía el control del aire malo, no se podía regular. Lo mismo que me pasó en la habitación, conclusión mal mantenimiento y no es un Hotel barato

Cons:

Mal mantenimiento, del de los controles de los aires, en el baño sin porta papel higiénico, sauna de vapor, seguía en mal estado, no funcionando, sala de masajes control del aire en mal estado, sin poder regularlo.

Excellent breakfast. Great location. A lot of stores and restaurants nearby. Nice large pool. Friendly, very helpful staff. Good rooms, clean beds. Housekeeping always on standby to assist with cleaning the room.

Muy Agradable y cómodo
Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito con habitaciones y pasillos muy amplio, desayuno muy completo y muy buena ubicación. Lo recomiendo.

Cons:

Tuvimos un problema con el check in se había desprogramado la cerradura y tuvimos que esperar mas de media hora al técnico para poder ingresar a nuestra habitación. El hotel es muy grande, con mucha gente.
