Decepción Total deben atender a todos por igual

Cons:

Nos hemos hospedado en varias ocasiones, pero esta vez fue decepcionante por dos cosas 1. La habitación que nos dieron tenía olor fuerte a humedad
2. La habitación tenía en un closet unos tableros eléctricos de alta para aires acondicionados sin ningún tipo de seguridad y me preocupa porque siempre vamos con mis hijas y puede ser causal de un accidente
3. En un desayuno no puede ser que no pudieran darnos unos huevos hervido para mis hijas y nos hicieran esperar una hora no puede ser

Siempre vamos en familia a pasarla bien a descansar pero fue mal esta vez

Pros:

Tal como solicite una habitación con 2 camas dobles porque estaba con mi hija y todo fue buenísimo. El cuarto es muy grande tiene 2 mesas y 4 sillas y nevera y tetera o para cafe, TV, bañera, agua caliente, un baño amplio un espejo grande y afuera otro espejo grande y la habitación muy espaciosa, se podía hacer un baile adentro de esa habitación. Las camas estaban deliciosas. El desayuno estaba incluído y fue a otro nivel de bueno y muy variado. Los elevadores amplios y los pasillos amplios. El Hotel El Panamá es un otros de añossss, pero todo estaba en regla y muy cómodo. La piscina grande y todos los servicios en atención al cliente fueron espectacular. Recomendado 200%, no tengo queja ni del servicio del parking

El fuertísimo sol que hacía en la piscina y allí no hay nada que hacer...

Amazing pool area although hotel needs basic maintenance
Pros:

The pool area is incredible and the food is amazing. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The double beds are small and the basic maintenance can be improved. For example the shower door didn’t close and the shower was sort of clogged.

Les llame para hacer un cambio y me indicaron que tenia que hacerlo directamente por Booking, les escribí y jamás respondieron

Hotel recomendado pero mejoraría la atención en tiempo y forma de las solicitudes de los huéspedes
Pros:

Muy limpio, habitaciones amplias , lugar céntrico para movilizarse en la ciudad

Cons:

La pasamos realmente mal con el aire acondicionado de la habitación. Llamamos varias veces a recepción para buscar alternativa y a pesar de que el personal de mantenimiento realizó las revisiones en el aire nunca lo solucionaron, lo cual hizo un poco incómoda la instancia ya que Panama estuvo realmente caliente
