Pros:

Pulizia della camera impeccabile. Nonostante le camere siano piccole, sono ben progettate per garantire spazio extra per zaini e bagagli. Posizione perfetta per chi ha pochi giorni e vuole muoversi a piedi.
Il ragazzo italiano alla reception veramente professionale, ci ha aiutato a risolvere un problema post check out.

Cons:

Letti scomodi, lenzuola di qualità da rivedere. Nonostante il bel design, l'hotel ha già parecchi segni di usura. Insolito questionario con domande anche troppo personali all'arrivo. Addebito diretto su carta per consumazione mai fatta dal minibar, poi restituito dopo scambio di mail con la struttura.

I liked the hotel and wish the front desk was more friendly

Espectacular
Pros:

Un hotel maravilloso, todo muy limpio y cómodo. El personal muy amable, las camas, sábanas y almohadas espectaculares. Un desayuno mu correcto y cuidado.
Nos quedamos en una habitación con terraza y fue todo un acierto.
Muchos amenities. No nos falta nada. Pedimos un "late check out" y nos lo concedieron sin coste adicional. Volveremos seguro
