L'albergo si trova in una posizione strategica, comodo a metro ma anche per chi vuole muoversi a piedi per raggiungere per esempio Plaza de Catalonya. Le camere sono spaziose ed i letti comodi. Noi avevamo delle Luxury con frigobar compreso. Colazione buona con prodotti freschi e frutta di stagione. Vicino ci sono ristoranti di ogni tipo.

Pésima atención por la mañana
Cons:

El servicio de la mañana en el front desk es pésimo. Te atienden con desprecio, desaprensión y altanería. Un error del management poner a cargo a alguien tan desagradable. En cambio, la atención a la noche es excelente. Muy contrastante

Buena relación precio-calidad comparado a otros hoteles de la zona
Pros:

La ubicación, el desayuno, la decoración de la habitación, la cama muy cómoda. El hotel es lindo, moderno, acogedor.

Cons:

Lo unico que tengo para criticar es que la ducha esta mal diseñada y el baño se llena de agua cada vez que te bañas. el piso es recto no tiene declive, y al mampara no retiene el agua para que no se moje todo.

Angenehmes ruhiges Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist für einen Kurztripp optimal - zwischen Raval und dem Eixample. Fußläufig sind die Ramblas oder der Passeig de Gracia mit seinen Gaudí-Gebäuden. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber funktional und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Fenster sind schalldicht und schirmen den Verkehr draußen recht gut ab. Das Bad ist geräumig und sehr schön. Es gibt Tee und Kaffee gratis (wird immer wieder aufgefüllt). Das Zimmer hatte eine sehr angenehm kühle Temperatur, offenbar von einer Klimaanlage geregelt, die man weder hören noch sehen kann. Für 20 Euro bekommt man zudem (falls nicht direkt mitgebucht) ein anständiges und vielseitiges Frühstück.

Pros:

- L’emplacement : à 7 minutes à pieds de la Plaça Catalunya
- La décoration et l’esthétique de l’hôtel
- Le personnel attentionné
- La chambre est bien pensée : il y a assez de rangement et assez de place dans la salle de bains pour nos affaires

Cons:

- J’ai un peu moins aimé le confort du lit (à ressorts) mais c’est purement personnel sinon tout le reste était top :)

quiet, large room with patio on ground floor, convenient location, nice breakfasts

Cons:

we requested to modify the reservation by one day and our request was denied. This created travel difficulties for us.

La buena acogida en recepción, la limpieza y la habitación con todos los servicios.

Cons:

Las instalaciones y el personal muy bien pero, demasiado se escuchaba el tráfico en la calle. La noche también. Y en el desayuno no tuvimos suerte ni con el pan ni con la bollería. Ambos secos.
