O pequeno-almoço foi uma boa surpresa, que excedeu as expectativas.
Os funcionários super simpáticos, que ajudaram a tentar resolver e a atenuar as coisas menos boas.

This hotel was my first choice when I started planning my trip to Buenos Aires. I was guided by the photos posted on various websites, but I was not very determined after reading the comments of other tourists. In the end, I decided: the architecture of the hotel and its location convinced me. And I was not wrong. I would like to mention, from the very beginning, that, based on my previous travel experience, this hotel does not meet the European 4-star standards. There are quite a few shortcomings, so maximum 3 stars. The hotel is well located in a central area, with access to buses and quite close to walking distance to the metro stations, Retiro central station or the Buquebus ferry terminal. It is almost incorporated into the building of a very frequented mall (Galeria Pacifico) and with access to the Florida shopping street. I arrived at the hotel very early in the morning, after a significant delay in the flight and the transfer from the airport. It was an almost wasted day of accommodation, for which the hotel should have offered a free late check-out, but it didn't. Lack of orientation! I quickly received the room, with the subsequent formalities to be carried out later. In the morning I was able to properly assess the property: an accommodation space in a beautiful historic building, renovated on the inside. My room - concept queen room - was extremely spacious, with a large and comfortable bed, bathroom with bathtub and shower, a little dark and with a minimal offer of toiletries. TV, minifridge, safe, wifi internet available throughout the hotel, a few mismatched chairs. On the floor where I was accommodated, the AC system worked centrally, so there were only two options: with or without AC. Access to a small terrace with a raised wall. Although located on a busy and noisy artery, the room was very well soundproofed. Daily cleaning service, extremely detailed. Slightly tired interior, with obvious needs for improvement. The breakfast room, located in the basement, quite spacious, managing to take over the busier moments, although rare. The breakfast offer was the same every day, sufficient for a start to the day, somewhat varied. However, the staff responsible for breakfast was not extremely attentive: there were a few days when they were completely absent from the room for long periods, without taking care of restocking, given that the offer had completely disappeared. Guests simply walked around empty plates and had nothing to choose from. Beyond these moments, I would particularly appreciate the attitude of the entire reception staff: attentive, polite, helpful, professional. They constantly offered me advice and offers for tourist services, excursions, local transport or airport transfers. I thank them for all the support they gave! In conclusion, I recommend this hotel.

Acest hotel a fost prima mea alegere cand am inceput sa-mi planific calatoria catre Buenos Aires. M-am ghidat dupa fotografiile postate pe diferite site-uri, dar nu am fost foarte decis dupa ce am citit si comentariile altor turisti. Pana la urma m-am decis: m-a convins arhitectura hotelului si amplasarea acestuia. Si nu m-am inselat. As dori, inca de la inceput, sa mentionez ca, pe baza experientei mele anterioare de calatorie, acest hotel nu intruneste standardele europene de 4 stele. Sunt destule lipsuri, deci maxim 3 stele. Hotelul este bine amplasat intr-o zona centrala, cu acces la autobuze si destul de aproape de mers pe jos catre statii de metrou, gara centrala Retiro sau terminalul de ferry Buquebus. Este aproape incorporat in cladirea unui foarte frecventat mall (Galeria Pacifico) si cu acces catre strada comerciala Florida. Am ajuns la hotel dimineata foarte devreme, dupa o intarziere semnificativa a zborului si a transferului de la aeroport. A fost o zi de cazare aproape pierduta, pentru care hotelul ar fi trebuit sa ofere un late check-out gratuit, dar nu a facut-o. Lipsa de orientare! Am primit rapid camera, urmand ca formalitatile ulterioare sa le efectuez mai tarziu. Dimineata am putut evalua corespunzator proprietatea: un spatiu de cazare intr-o frumoasa cladire istorica, renovata la interior. Camera mea - concept queen room - a fost extrem de spatioasa, cu un pat larg si confortabil, baie cu cada si dus, putin cam intunecata si cu o minima oferta a produselor de toaleta. TV, minifridge, safe, internet wifi disponibil in intreg hotelul, cateva scaune desperecheate. Acces la o mica terasa cu perete suprainaltat. Desi amplasata catre o artera intens circulata si zgomotoasa, camera a fost foarte bine antifonata. Serviciu de curatenie zilnic, extrem de detaliat. Depasind aceste momente, as aprecia in mod deosebit atitudinea intregului personal de la receptie: atent, politicos, de ajutor, profesionist. Mi-au oferit permanent sfaturi si oferte de servic

O hotel superou todas as minhas expectativas! Ao entrar, você se sente entrando em uma galeria de arte, a decoração é linda, os quadros expostos, o pé direito alto... Mas, para mim, o ápice é o quarto: enorme, com o pé direito super alto, 2 ambientes, a cama super confortável, com varanda, mesa para trabalho... Sério, fiquei impressionada. Toda equipe do hotel extremamente cordial, nos deram dicas de passeios, show de tango e ainda trocaram dinheiro pra gente com o câmbio menor que de algumas casas de câmbio. A localização é excelente, ao lado da Rua Florida e em frente ao primeiro ponto do ônibus hop-on hop-off. Recomendo muito esse hotel e não tenho dúvidas de que ficarei lá novamente na minha próxima ida à Buenos Aires.
